    Good evening, I booked a hotel in this case Hotel Del Sol or previous business name was Key West Inn located in 6900 Pensacola Blvd, Pensacola, FL, 32505 United States of America through Expedia.com with Itinerary # 72510118431460 on March 12th 2023 in total amount of $292.20. I encountered issues the moment I checked in; 1st room they gave me was filthy nasty! Old food from previous guests still sits in the fridge & microwave. Sheets, pillow cover full of blood stains, mold in the bathroom & shower curtain, trash on the floor, dirty socks under pulled out sofa bed & the list can go on. I reported to the front office, gave me another room also the same issues with bed bugs. The last room bed was "clean enough" just to spend the night since I got there late & exhausted otherwise I could've gone to another place, until we used restroom there was mold in the bathroom and blood in the bathtub. I reported it to the front desk immediately. She showed us 5 different rooms with the same issues. Spoke to the manager through the phone that night & he insisted that the rooms they offer are clean where in case are not and the employee that worked that night also see what was in the fridge, bed, etc. I told him I would like partially refund and will checked out in the morning. When I checked out in the morning, the manager offer the same rooms that the front desk showed us the night we checked in (exactly the same room numbers). I insisted that I want partially refund and told me since I booked through Expedia, I have to file through them which I did. I contacted Expedia the same night as well in the morning when we checked out concerning our issues and would like partially refund since we only stayed 1 night out of 4 nights that we supposed to stay. Expedia tries multiple time to get me a partially refund but the hotel manager denied it. Either Expedia or the Hotel should issue me a partially refund and the hotel definitely should be removed/banned from the list.

    I would give it 0 stars if I could. Hotel was horrible. Should be shut down until brought up to code, Mold, rodents, bed bugs. I spent about 1/2 hour, and that was too long, in the room and checked out right after. I tried to clean the room. Went to the store across the street and spent $100 on cleaning supplies and bedding only to discover bed bugs once we laid down. After all this they had the nerve to charge my card $579.00 for the stay. I am trying to get a refund and everytime I call they just want to take a message for the manager. He is not here is all I hear. I have tried to find out the parent company to call, but none of the employees know who the parent company is. I will continue to fight this until they refund me my entire amount. If they continue to be uncooperative, I will move on to legal action. I have plenty pictures and video of the room,
