      I ordered five bottles of DeKuyper Razzmatazz. I received DeKuyper Pucker Raspberry. I sent a request to have the proper product shipped to me. I never received a reply from the seller. I made a complaint to Affirm, through which I am making payments. I am willing to return the wrong items, but no response from seller other than to challenge my complaint. I sent them photos of what I wanted and what I got. Be careful buying from this company - they got my money but won't stand by my order.

      I ordered two bottles of king cake rum cream on February 25 and have not received them. Send emails and calls no response. I would appreciate any help.

      This company is a joke! I order two bottles of Crown Blackberry on 2/10/24 and received the confirmation email. Well several days go by and I haven't heard anything so I check on it and it's been cancelled. I email the first time and no one responded. So I sent 2 today because I wasn't sure if where I was sending it wasn't the correct department. According to my credit card, the transaction was pending for that amount. I reach out and ask them to release my money. I get a response in all caps that they didn't receive payment and that's why they cancelled it. I guess this company doesn't follow up with their customers because I had no idea why it was cancelled and then they want to talk to me like that. I AM SO GLAD IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL!!! Obviously I'm not the only one who they treat like shit. Stay away from them!!

      I placed an order to Wine To Ship on November 20, 2023 at 6:58:16 PM CST
      I received an email confirmation at the exact same date and time.
      After sending at least 3-4 emails and at least 5-7 voicemails with an additional 5-7 phone calls without leaving a voicemail I still have not received my order, have not received a response email and have not received a return phone call.

      BEWARE! Do not waste your hard earned money with this garbage company. My wife and I ordered 3 bottles of Limoncello for an upcoming vacation, we even paid the $30 extra for 2 day shipping. On the second day (the day it was supposed to arrive) they sent us an email saying that they were out of stock, and it would be an extra 3-5 days before we got our order. So, to resolve this issue I called the number on the website. The “Manager” picked up the phone and I explained the situation. She was extremely rude and basically told me that there was nothing she could do, and even if we could substitute, we wouldn’t get it in 2 days even if we did 2 day shipping. She then tried to argue with me and said that “The email doesn’t say we are out of stock, it says we don’t have any! I know because I write the emails”, she argued this point even after I read her the email that she supposedly wrote saying that our order was OUT OF STOCK. If it had just been them running out of the order, that would have been fine, this kinda stuff happens. If it had just been their extremely delayed email telling us we wouldn’t get our order in time, that would have been fine because of course, this kinda stuff happens. If their customer service had just been bad, that would have also been fine because we all have bad days, especially those of us in customer service. However, with all of these things combined, it just makes for an awful experience. Definitely won’t be using them again, and I suggest you don’t either of you value your time and money
      TLDR: Don’t waste your money, they won’t come through on their end of the deal, and the customer service is worse than your local Walmart

      I am sorry but we did not have the product available through our distributor at that time. Also at that time we were in the middle of changing shippers and that is why we could not substitute or ship another product out. Our shipping has finally been up only since today.
