      I retained AWKO to represent me in the 3M We ear plug case. We were supposed to be paid based on the FIFO system created by the lawsuit administrator. My number is 10043. In looking at the BrownGreer, (settlement administrator) they paid AWKO the money in the amount of $10,000 on April 3 and also verified that there were no medical liens. Every time I talk to someone at AWKO, I am told a different story as to why I have not received my check yet. The latest is that they have 90 days from when I submitted my medical lien questionnaire (26 March) and to have BG validate it. BG validated on 2 April and sent the funds to them on 3 April. By them waiting to pay me, they are collecting interest on my behalf, of which I will not receive. I have requested an Attorney contact me, which they did on 10 April and left a voice message. When I try to call them back, I go to voice mail or hung up on.

      AWKO, has been the attorneys in my case for the 3M case. I sent a message to them in my CaseLocker to get more information on my case as well as instructions on 4/4/24, here it is 4/26/24 and that same generic message is sitting in my CaseLocker inbox. When you call to get information, they tap dance around the subject and never have any real info for you. I called today and the lady says well nothing has been updated in your case, when I was in fact looking at an itemized stated (aside from the lawyer fees) from the funding company which is Brown & Greer. I had to ask her to look at my case in particular before she was even give me accurate info. Their communication is below standard. You have to randomly come across paperwork in your email sometimes with no notification that they even sent you anything. I understand they have a lot of clients but if you can’t dedicate the proper time to each client, why have a law office. I would not recommend using this law office unless you like little to no communication and everything is a wait game. It’s ridiculous!!

      Hired awko law office for a hernia mesh claim around 3yrs ago and just recently I received a letter from them stating that the mesh company has settled 30% of the claims and then walked away from the table, saying that I was not in that percentage group, well I have been trying to contact them for additional information and keep getting told that someone will contact me within 24 to 48 hrs, well it's been over a week now and still no contact, I personally think that they got full settlement and run, because they will not answer emails or return calls

      I was informed I was supposed to receive a settlement check of 5,000 dollars for the 3m lawsuit. No one ever returned my phone calls after multiple ettempts to contact the lawyer's office.

      AWKO represented be during the 3M earplug class action lawsuit. I opted for the expedited payment program and received a distribution statement that I signed and returned on February 22, 2024. They claimed I would receive my payment within 14 days of AWKO receiving my signed distribution statement. I kept receiving text messages stating that I had not submitted my signed distribution statement, even though I had. On 2/28/2024, 3/9/2024, and 3/14/2024 they messaged me through their caselocker portal and confirmed they had received the said distribution statement. On 2/28/24 and 3/14/2021 they also reiterated that I would receive my payment within 14 days. I again messaged them asking for a trace ID number for the deposit so we could track it. I’ve called, left voicemails, and messages within the caselocker portal and they keep telling me they will investigate it and reply to me when they have more information, but no one ever follows through. It is now 4/1/2024 and I still have not received my payment. It is well beyond the reasonable timeframe. I did inform them on 3/28/24 that I will be filing a complaint to the Florida Bar on 4/15/2024 if my payment is not in my account by that date.

      On August 4, 2023 I settled a class action lawsuit against Roundup with this lawfirm. I was awarded $49,500.00 AWO lawfirm took $35,203.69 for “ attorney fees, medical liens and advances”. Number they never advanced any money to me. I received $14,296.31. They said that they paid Medicare $14,788.69 back for medical liens the problem is my late husband didn’t have Medicare at the time they are stating. Social Security provided a letter stating that my late husband didn’t receive Medicare for the time AWO is stating. I called, texted, emailed and wrot several letters requesting that they forward my daughter and myself the $14, 788.69 that they said they paid to Medicare. I also spoke with Medicare and they said none of their departments have ever received a check for medical liens in my late husband’s name. They however have been receiving daily calls from people with the same complaints that AWO said they kept money from a settlement to pay medical liens for their loved ones and Medicare has never received any payments. I contact the Pennsylvania Governor who is supposed to create a task force to investigate these complaints.

      As part of the 3M litigation we hired AWKO to navigate this process with our best interests in mind. DOEHRS Data was missed by ARCHER resulting in wrong classification with proof of negligence in our case (they used an audiogram from 2007 as baseline after years of service instead of 4/14/2003 Audiogram). We have spent a month trying to get a call with even one attorney at AWKO to no avail. Each paralegal will be shocked and horrified when they see this erroneous error and then state they need an attorney to handle this. We have a deadline fast approaching. They are making no effort to correct this documented negligence and we will not be compensated according to our correct class due to this which also will then affect EIN. We have all documents and each time we get a paralegal they claim an attorney will return the call and that they have not seen anything to this degree missed, last name was Sr Counsel Wil. No one has returned the call in a month and you are hired to represent US. We have documented negligence in our case. We are losing substantial monetary funds due to this. We are now forced to accept $5,000 (tinnitus) instead of the $24,000 we are rightfully owed or ZERO due to the deadline. THIS IS WRONG, we have the documents with 70DB hearing loss and service connected disability.
      This is unacceptable behavior from a law firm that you trust and hire to assist and in the end the law firm will be well compensated and those affected will suffer dearly. There is a lack of empathy and compassion for those you claim to be fighting for.

      My older sister - unbeknownst to me and my other sister - filed a claim against RoundUp with this law firm. My mom passed away on March 16, 2020. My older sister did not let me or my other sister view the documents. All she said was that the case was settled and we needed to send our information, copy of state ID and other pertinent information to Jennifer ********. I was told to reach out to Jennifer ******** with any concerns/questions. When I did, Ms. ******** stated that I need to speak to the heir (older sister). When I explained to Ms. ******** that there are three (3) heirs, she informed my older sister that I threatened her, which is absolutely false. I attempted to contact the law firm to explain that my mother has three daughters and that we all have the right to view the settlement documents before agreeing to sign. I was given the runaround and to date, have yet to hear anything regarding this. This settlement was unauthorized by myself and my other sister. How could a law firm be so disrespectful, rude and make false claims. They should lose the right to practice for not being more proactive in finding out important details. No amount of money will bring my mom back but I also don't want anyone benefiting from my deceased mom. I would like to know if anyone benefitted from my mom's passing with monetary compensation.

      According to my older sister, this law firm is handling the lawsuit for RoundUp. However, my older sister claimed herself as the only heir, which is false. The law firm refused to answer my inquiries about this. I want to know the details of this settlement as it pertains to my now deceased mom. I want to know if anyone capitalized off my mom illegally.       This is both frustrating and heartbreaking for me. Monsour Law has yet to reach out to me directly. It is an absolute shame. Someone needs to respond to my inquiry directly as soon as possible. It is not right, ethical or legal for someone to obtain monetary compensation on my mother’s behalf unbeknownst to all THREE of my mother’s daughter. 
      The employee that I reached out to worked for your law firm. This is why it is so frustrating to me that no one seems to have a clear answer for me. Until then, the consideration is noted.

      There was a class action lawsuit against a medical device, Essure. I was supposed to receive a $50K settlement 2-3 years ago. But they "lost" all my information. I contacted them last fall and sent them all the paperwork. I'm supposed to be receiving a settlement check but I'm still waiting with no clear answer about when I will receive it. I've been given the same exact answer for a year. I'd like it to be resolved.

      Retained this firm for class action suit from Roundup Claim. I was notified 08/09/2021 that it had been settled and received my settlement offer. I have sent several emails over time last being in September of 2022 which they said they would follow up with lien resolution company and see where we were in the process. I never received a response. For the 40% of settlement fee that they charge they need to keep their clients advised periodically as to what is going on. It has bee well over a year and not only has it not been resolved, they do not keep their clients in the loop whatsoever. These are people who are still fighting the after effects of cancer caused by this product and still we wait.
