Phone 8504768989*** Mr ***** -Owner Confirm# 5252AAM849 8/3/22 first time stay. $154.38 - $25 return incidental fee wks later.** $124.20 Senior discount Check in @ 5 pm reservation for 3 nights. Early checkout- unhealthy & unsanitary dangerous conditions. On entrance room had strong odor- as night progress got worser & foul. Went lie down after 6 hour trip. Bed linen had dried yellow stains on linen-- black hairs on pillows & linens. More laid down large black hairs & pubic hairs everywhere. Call Marie desk 10:30 am stated she alone-- insisted linen change. Changed linen- mattress & underneath pads soiled yellow horrible odor & hairs everywhere copious amounts. Told Marie my husband in hospital major surgery in May,for 16 days. We can't live like this & lifting luggage & drive too much, need clean room. Marie gasp @ horrible site hairs & stains- appeared linens, I said have not changed linen between guests? Lye back down, severe itching & foul odor still intense. Water faucet in bathroom-- same long black hairs. 4:30am at desk Steven Robins- stated never happen before, I said we are packing, bad for my husband post-op & I am RN & we are seniors. We had to stay in our unfinished ,unrenovated rental home. Got back home we sick Covid symptoms. Covid test neg. Mr ***** never call me back after 3 calls & voicemails. Jessica stated. Mr ***** notes said- linen changed corrective action. Pensacola Hotels need serious Inspections. Maybe you can let Mr ***** know he has a poor way treat travelers. Thank you for what you can do.
