    Patient Assist was stellar! They made it easy and took of everything in a timely fashion. Everyone I dealt with on the phone was awesome and helpful. The few questions I did have, or answered knowledgeably and with nothing but respect and urgency to make sure my experience and surgery was smooth. I have nothing negative to say about any of it. A great experience. Thank you!

    I was blessed to find patient assist For my procedure Rebecca my patient assist coordinator was do helpful she was so much help finding me a local doctor for my surgery I am so happy and blessed that I found patients assist on google. and as I stared reading all of the very important procedures that patients assist help you thru them, For people that can not afford health insurance! Thank you so much to Rebecca my patient assist coordinator She cared so much as if I was her family member, in finding me an appointment for my procedure, God bless all of the patients assist and new choice health coordinator! I’m so thankful I found them. ??????

    Had no healthcare insurance and did a google search for a hernia repair. Called them and all of my questions including a quote were provided immediately. It was a very fair priced procedure compared to some of the other prices I’ve gotten from the hospitals in my area I traveled 200 miles to have the procedure done and they made the whole process easy Including the follow up appointment. Definitely recommend to anyone needing something done instead of putting it off due to lack of insurance A very satisfied customer

    Patient Assist made it simple to find a surgeon for my husband's hernia surgery. After putting it off for years because of cost, he was in surgery within a couple weeks after Patient Assist found us an affordable surgeon, and they checked on us every step of the way.

    Workmans comp had denied me for a double hernia work related injury. This company has two ways to get you the funding to get yourself fixed. The doctors are top very qualified people. Specialist.. mine was.. if you are in a bind f9r surgery I would recommend checking this company out .. you wont regret it.

    I cannot participate in 3rd party pay systems like government subsidized insurance because I work for a living. I cannot afford health insurance premiums either so I save and pay cash for only extremely necessary treatments or prolonged illness. Around eastern NC where I live the cost for the procedure exceeded $5000.00. Patient Assist found a doctor who could do it for approximately $1300. While I wished their doctors were closer to me, the experience was the best, the doctor very professional, and the staff prompt and courteous. I recommend everyone to consider them. JP

    disclaimer: I did not follow with my procedure that I had scheduled with Patient Assist (this was because my personal situation changed, nothing against Patient Assist). I was very happy with the service & support, pricing was very fair and all-inclusive. It is nice to have all-inclusive pricing, so no surprises which is nice. The doctor they recommended me to, was near my home and look well qualified. When I have the need I will come back to Patient Assist. Also, when I had to cancel my procedure they actually refunded my deposit right away, which was super cool
