Horrible to work with. A difficult mean spirited individual who will cheat you at every opportunity. Hired him to renovate our bathrooms had to cut him loose 3 weeks later. Almost everything he did was wrong, we are still finding mistakes he and his crew made. Steer clear of him and his business.

This is simply Predatory texting regarding a customer that was unreasonable and manipulative.
Should have done my research with other local vendors.
Our local Cabinet company who is well known and respected warned me too late that these very bad actors had manipulated and used them without compensating for the design and time spent designing their bathrooms.
Their home is extremely filthy, dog hair, mold, layers of dust which they complained continuously was from the construction which was not.
GCPB even paid a cleaning company to come in. The cleaning people complained of the dog hair, dust, and mold. Charged me double.
They signed a very detailed work agreement, detailing exactly what they originally wanted.
During the demo and 1st phase reconstruction they changed the design of the cabinets expecting GCPB to absorb a $5000 up charge by the cabinet supplier.
They tried to manipulate my construction team to do work on the side behind my back.
GCPB made the decision to pull off this project not the customer.
We gave them their deposit back, taking a loss and moved on.
