      Bought rims and tires from them. The tires installed on car blew out due to the car exceeding 1,000 pounds over weight limit of the tires.

      First.... All sales are final and that is posted inside our store.  Also the customer purchased a used set of aftermarket wheels and tires that meet all specifications provided by our trusted sources.  The wheel and tires package he purchased is a very common set up for the vehicle he has.  We have installed this exact same package more times than we can count. We are a CUSTOM AFTERMARKET WHEEL AND TIRES SHOP and each install is a modification.  They are not the original wheel and tire size but they do meet the plus size specification provided to us.  Each customer is also required to complete and sign a work order which includes a liability waiver..... I will attach pictures of the signed copy

      with that being said the tires that where installed where 1,000 pounds under the weight limit of my vehicle. The tires do not meet DOT standards and are far from meeting their standards. It is very concerning a company has installed thousand of these on vehicles. With that being said how many families are operating their vehicle at risk of their tire blowing out and possibly killing their selves or others. I think this should be stop before somebody is injured from the way this company operates. In the letter above the manager stated my tires meet all standards and that is far from the case.
