    "In my experience, this company has shady business practices, their prices are never really upfront or consistent and they take more than they should, when you're selling to them, similar to price gouging and exploiting vulnerable populations. And in the past, there has been some bias behavior demonstrated by the owner, he doesn't really seem like a people person."
