    If you order - you will find out quickly a "refund" is not possible. They will insist on issuing you a "paypal credit" an " "ach check" or in store credit. The entire process is a scam. I never received a product but would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

    I just called Limitless Life Nootropics bc I had purchased cerebrolysin (to do my own research) from them a few months ago and froze it, not knowing it’s not recommended for that research pep. Their CSR Brian was quite snarky and condescending to me.
    He claimed the insert they give about storage says freezing only applies to lyophilized research peptides. Which it doesn’t. I read him the entire paragraph. I suggested they put a note saying that freezing doesn’t apply to all of their products. He just made excuses. And he took no responsibility for anything. He spoke to me as if I was an ignorant person. I got so frustrated that I said I was done speaking to him bc he took no responsibility or had any kind of service-oriented attitude.
    I was already done with them bc of their pricing is higher than another research company that and has great customer service.

    I think the product reviews here are from employees and friends. I've ordered from this company 3 times. Each time, the order has been screwed up. When you place an order, the website states that the company will send order confirmation and shipping info within 24 hours. This has never happened. I am currently awaiting shipment on a product I ordered almost 5 weeks ago. "Customer service" works remote and they cannot provide any answers to questions. They promise to get back to you, but that never happens either. THEY ARE THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Sick of begging them to please ship me what I paid for almost 5 weeks ago.
    My advice, spare yourself the irritation and huge loss of time and convenience. They don't even deserve the 1 star I had to rate them with here. Not a serious business.

    Quick back story: I ordered a few times from this company and paid with credit card and had no issues. However, the one time I paid with crypto (USDC) b/c they offered a discount they claimed to have never received my payment. I even saved a screen recording and screen shots as proof (I always do when it comes to sending crypto) and emailed it to their customer service and Chris Mercer, the owner. However they kept giving me the run around and said they did not receive the payment and to give it a few more days which is BS b/c crypto transactions are fast unlike sending $ through your bank.  To anyone reading this, always pay with credit card b/c you can file a claim to get your money back. Needless to say, they will no longer be getting my business and started ordering from Peptide Sciences.  I would give them 0 stars if I could!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

    I tried to leave a review previously but despite me verifying my identity over the phone and via email it was never posted. Seems like the BBB is trying to block positive reviews? Anyway I have been ordering from Limitless for a few years now. They have shipped items to me all over the US. They have the best prices and the absolute best customer service. My first order they actually made a mistake and they were so apologetic and went above and beyond to compensate me that they locked in a lifelong customer. They are much more affordable than other similar companies with the same or better quality and much better customer service.
