    I am filing a complaint regarding two purchases made from Limitless Life Nootropics:
    1. Order #118124 on May 14, 2024, for $177.78
    2. Order #126986 on June 14, 2024, for $238.89

    The total amount spent was $416.67, paid via Cash App as required by the company.

    The products I received did not provide any of the benefits advertised. After thorough use, I noticed no improvement or effects, leading me to believe the products are placebos rather than legitimate nootropics. This company appears to engage in false, misleading, and predatory practices, including:
    • Making unverified claims about the efficacy of their products.
    • Using Cash App for payments to avoid accountability, as disputes are difficult to resolve through this platform.

    These practices suggest the company is intentionally deceiving customers. I feel scammed and taken advantage of by this fraudulent operation.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Unfortunately, despite your acknowledgment of the situation, I experienced significant allergic reactions after using your products. I followed the product instructions carefully, and the adverse effects I encountered were beyond what any reasonable customer would expect. This raises serious concerns about the safety of your products, and I am now considering legal action to address this matter.
    Given these circumstances, I am formally requesting a full refund for the products I purchased. I believe this is a reasonable and necessary step considering the harm caused. I have documented the reactions I experienced and am prepared to provide any additional information necessary to substantiate my claim.
    If I do not receive a full refund within 5 business days, I will have no choice but to file formal complaints with agencies such as the FDA, FTC, CPSC, and my State Attorney General’s Office, among others, to address this matter.

    These products are for research and development and should you decide to consume them you agree to not hold us liable for anything that arises from doing so.     Thank you for your response. While I appreciate your willingness to refund my money, I must clarify a few important points.

    I have attempted multiple times over the past several months to obtain a refund through your listed 800 number and other communication methods provided on your website. Each time, I was directed back to your company’s terms and conditions, which I have reviewed in detail.

    I have since met with an attorney who assured me that while your company’s terms aim to limit liability, they do not shield your company from legal responsibility in the event of product misrepresentation, harm caused, or deceptive business practices. Specifically:

    The FDA has made it clear that selling substances labeled as “research chemicals” does not protect sellers from regulatory oversight or legal consequences.

    The use of Bitcoin and peer-to-peer cash apps for transactions involving unregulated substances further raises red flags, as these methods are often used to evade consumer protections and financial tracking.

    Your company accepted several payments through Cash App under the name Angela ******, which appears to be a personal account, not a business entity. This practice is highly questionable and may violate consumer protection laws if used to avoid business accountability.

    As evidence, I have attached screenshots of all four Cash App payments I made for orders placed between March and June 2024. These payments were made in good faith, and I experienced a serious reaction after using your product—despite following the instructions provided.

    Given the circumstances, I am again requesting a full refund totaling $828.72, broken down as follows:

    March 14, 2024: $237.91
    April 1, 2024: $174.14
    May 17, 2024: $177.78
    June 14, 2024: $238.89
    Total: $828.72


    I believe resolving this amicably is in the best interest of both parties. I look forward to receiving confirmation that the refund is being processed.

    There was no P-21 in my spray bottle. There is no dusting anywhere in the bottle no one will believe me.

    25 to 50mg of p21 in a 15ml bottle is nearly impossible to see. That being said I'm just seeing this complaint. I'd be happy to overnight you a premixed p21 on an ice pack. Please contact Terri at [email protected] and tell her that Angela ****** said to send you a new bottle, premixed and on ice via express delivery. It's highly improbable you were sent an empty bottle. This time of year the humidity in Florida can sometimes make the peptide liquify and appear as transparent on the side of the bottle. However it's been to long now if not refrigerated for it to still be fresh so happy to send a new bottle. Tell Terri I said give you a 100 dollar credit as well for the late response. Again, sorry for the late response. Please let Terri know who refused to send you a new bottle as well. Thanks and sorry for the misunderstanding.

    I placed an order for an item on Nov 28 and selected Fedex 2 day shipping. 2-3 days later after not receiving further confirmation or tracking, I wrote to customer service to get a status update. I would not be in town the next two weeks so my intention was to cancel the order if it had not yet shipped out so that I could order next month instead. I was told that this product was on backorder. I thought it was strange that it was not listed on the site nor was I told when I ordered. Still, not the end of the world. I didnt think anything of it. Then I was told I could only refund through cashapp or zelle. That raised an eyebrow but I get it, supplements companies sometimes have to deal like that. Customer service always responds within a few minutes and they're friendly enough. What's upsetting is that they put you through an ordeal where every time you write them they say they're processing your refund now, soon, later, and it never comes. It pains me to have to negatively comment on a small business but this is not how you treat customers honorably. My humble request is that instead of taking payment for stock they dont have, they enable a "Notify me when this product is back in stock" feature on their website.

    You were refunded via cash app, and afterwards you still submitted a chargeback. You were refunded on December 27th. You charged back anyway in January which is legitimate chargeback fraud. Once you have received your refund through any method, to then pretend you didn't receive it is fraudulent.

    It says "available on backorder" when you place the order if a product is backlogged. We do make it clear if that's the case. 

    We are disputing the chargeback as we have proof of the refund. I'm sorry you missed the statement "available on backlog" However we did refund you when you asked and you submitted a chargeback anyway. Please know in the future this is fraudulent activity and is prosecutable. Just Google chargeback fraud. We have no intention of doing so, had you reached out to us first, and asked to speak to management you would have gotten the product free of charge and a refund and been told to please make sure the product is in stock before placing your order next time.

    The whole process was sketchy from the beginning. We paid through *****, and was instructed to email a confirmation once complete. We did and did not hear back for at least two days. We then had to email to get a response. Once they confirmed the payment, it took another 3 days to get confirmation that the product was being shipped again ONLY AFTER we emailed them to confirm.When we received the product, the instructions on how to take use the product was vague and confusing. We emailed the customer rep once again for assistance and have yet to hear back. We asked for a full refund with no response again. This company is a scam and are not taking responsibility to respond, or even verify the correct way to use a product they are selling.

    The client clearly did not read the terms and conditions he was required to accept prior to purchase. The product purchased is a research biochemical. It's not a supplement and not a pharmaceutical. The customer attests during the accepting of the terms and conditions that they are qualified to handle the material etc. There are no instructions to consume a product that is not approved for consumption. If a person wished to consume they can but have to hold us not responsible for doing so. Providing instructions to consume a research chemical is illegal and immoral as we are nor doctors. Should a person which to use the product to research for a medical condition they need to contact their physician and discuss the use with them. Enclosed are the terms and conditions the customers agreed to and now companies we won't help him break them and wants a refund for refusing to break the law. This is the strangest complaint I could ever imagine.

    Placed an order on March 16, 2023 for several different peptides. The order totalled $367.51 which they had me zelle to (850) 860-1517 and payment went through promptly. Reason: Order #40680

    On March 20, 2023 I requested information from the support email link they provide:

    On March 22, 2023 I attempted to use the chat/contact us link which(when clicked) drops down into a series of fields to be completed:

    Name, phone number, email, an option selection for reason of contact, and a large blank field where a customer can describe their issue.

    After wasting my time filling it all out and clicking submit; the submit button is replaced with "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later."

    I've tried again and again to no avail. I've responded to the auto reply, to no avail. There is no one there. I've received no response or product.

    Today, March 24, 2023 I attempted to call the zelle number they provided which resulted in no answer and a full voice-mail.

    If I had received any prior reassurance to the handling of my order through email corespondance etc... I would not have felt this was necessary but having been completely ignored for the entire business week I needed some sort of response.

    They hide behind these great reviews about their excellent customer service and their perfect BBB score. However limitlesslifenootropics.com does not follow through on customer support.

    I'm sure if they'd at least attempted to fulfill my order they'd take some measures to make me feel reassured.

    Live Limitless, LLC are definitely scamming people and they shouldn't have BBB backing them.

    It's an exhausting lonely feeling being scammed by these online companies and it appears the BBB supports it.

    His order was delivered. It stated when he ordered that there were shipping delays due to the extreme volume of orders. We did respond to his email, and we did send his package. Delays of 48 to 72 hours for response time are not normal for us but we sent out emails about our being behind. We notified people at checkout the orders were a few days behind on shipping. And as you can see above, the order was shipped before he ever made the complaint, upgraded from first class to priority service and is now in his hands. If he wishes for a refund he can send back the products ordered. We experienced unprecedented growth the last month. Most people are congratulating us. Long time clients were very understanding. We made posts about delays in every Facebook group that talks about biotech and peptide products. Most people only leave bad reviews. If your into peptides, look up project biohacked on Facebook. Or optimizing superhuman performance, pep talk, exploring peptides, research peptide community and join and ask about Limitless. We have been voted the number 1 company for 2 years running. Don't let people like this who caught us at the worst time, struggling to keep up with volume, moving locations, hiring and training new staff influence your decision. When your looking for peptides to research you want proof your getting what you pay for above all else. You can call MZ biolabs, a dea registered, government certified testing facility and ask them about our peptides. They test every batch for purity and identity so our institutions, colleges and independent researchers can have the quality they need when performing research on these products. If it takes a little longer than you would have liked, check our priced against Sigma Aldrich or Caymen Chem. No one else has the quality we do but those companies who charge many many x more than we do. We have never scammed anyone. This guy got his package. It was shipped before he made the review. He got the beat quality you can buy. A decent and honorable man would understand the difficulty it takes to rapidly expand. Be understanding. Happy he did get his product. But instead he says we hide behind our perfect reviews. How do you think we got them? ?? And why is he hellbent on destroying our reputation? Slander? Competitor upset about his business coming to us because they can't get quality products and so refuse to provide 3rd party results. You be the judge. Life is short. Live Limitless.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    They did not send out any information about the difficulties they were having until after this damage was already done.  They did not pay any attention to the customer for the entire business week until after the complaints were made.  They did not make the customer aware of any shipment until after the customer had already made this complaint.  The customer was upset and lost an estimated 20hrs of his free time($1000 worth of his time at his current pay rate) accross his work week attempting to contact the seller before finally complaining.  He only did so because, through reading all of the reviews, he saw that negative feedback was the only way to get their attention.  This is not good customer service.  The company's false claims of excellent customer service were what compelled him to use their services.  These claims were false.  The seller appears to be suffering from extreme paranoid delusions of persecution, under a situation in which the customer was rightfully complaining about being kept in the dark and ignored for the entire week.  The customer retroactively feels sympathy for the sellers hardship, and would never have made this complaint if he wasn't ignored.  If they told him up front that they were experiencing overwhelming sales and there would be delays he would not have lost patience. The seller explaining themselves 3 days after the complaint was made does not give him back his nights wasted wondering what was happening with his money.  And in these times was right to expect the worst.

     

    The customer stands by his complaint that the seller does not live up to their claims of excellent customer service and only wants them to fix the issue. 

    This paranoid person accusing him of slander and persecution is not aware of the finer nuances of customer service.

    I made a purchase of $458.90 on March 6, 2023. I attempted to contact the Live Limitless, LLC. I called their phone number and no one answers, just music and "please leave a message". No company info, no greeting no call back. I attempted to message them through their website, however the feature on the site was inoperable. I did a Google Earth map search of their address and it pins a single family home. I found this strange because they claim to manufacture all their products. After these red flags I decided I wanted to cancel my order.
    On March 7, I was able to obtain an email and requested them to cancel my order. I received a response from an encrypted email (ProtonMail). I thought this was another red flag. This went back and forth for two days until they finally asked me for my order # and phone number. They stated they needed this information to give me a refund, however I included all of this in my first email to them. Late in the evening on March 8th the payment cleared my account through an electronic check. They stalled long enough for the funds to clear my account. At the time of writing this report I have no shipping information, no product and Live Limitless LLC has been paid.

    Since echecks take 5 to 7 days to be refunded we offered to send him his refund via cash app or zelle which would be an instant refund. His emails were extremely rude considered it has only been 3 days since he placed the order. March 6th. It's the 9th. I answered his email within 24 hours. He was upset we use an encryption Swiss email for payments rather than say Gmail which has no encryption st all, possibly leaving his payment info open to be hacked. Proton is the most unshakable email in the world. Rather than provide a zelle or cash app he just got very upset that it would take 5 to 7 days go get the echeck returned. We have no control over this. It's why we offered the instant return options. His order is scheduled to ship tomorrow. It will be expedited and he will also receive his refund in 5 to 7 days as is industry standard. We will see if he chooses to keep the product and decide to pay us or to return the product. Who complains after 3 days when the company is going out of its way to give a refund and still ship the product?? I will post proof of receipt of his package and his refund. Then he can choose to leave or remove the complaint. I think most people will understand who's in the right here and that the service we offered he couldn't get from ****** or *******. Who refunds and sends your order since the whole issue was you felt you got scammed. After only 3 days.
