      Came in for a screen change, the worker messed it up and had to come back to the store 4 times after driving for one hour because he did a poor quality job. The screen was changed 5 times and he doesn't want to assume what he did now he got in contact with the Franchise owner and told him he changed it only twice and that the phone was defective when it got there. The phone was in perfect condition all it had was a broken screen. He even made notes about my phone before he took it in about how the phone was. He made a little scratch on the side of the phone that wasn't there before and when I showed him he said it was there before which it wasn't and both my parents saw it. Now the phone is glitching and won't let me use any apps. After I spent $100 to get a screen change they don't want to assume how the worker messed up my phone and they are telling me they will give me my broken screen back and my money. So at this point I brought my phone in just to get it broken. He is saying I'm a liar and that those things didn't happen when my brother and my mother were with me when it happened but the Franchise Owner wasn't there and he sure has a lot to say. I've spent enough money and time going over to his shop for them to treat me with poor quality and rude management.

      The customer came in with a broken phone screen for repair. There are some cases, that depending on how the screen was broken, there could be internal damage not seen. My technician (David) is WISE II Certified and has been working on phones for over 6 years, replaced the screen on the phone, performed a functionality check and returned the phone to the customer. Everything was functioning properly. The customer returned about 3 hours later stating the phone was glitching. There were 2 pressure points on the screen and it appeared someone applied a great amount of pressure on the screen. David took the phone and removed/reseated the screen, performed function check and all worked fine. The phone was given back to the customer in working condition. The customer returned the following day stating the phone was glitching. David put a new screen on the phone, everything was functioning and the phone was returned to the customer. David took the first screen that she said was glitching and placed it on our house phone and it functioned properly and has been for over a week now. Each time the phone left the store it was functioning properly. Customer also accused David of scratching her phone. There were two technicians there when the phone was taken in and the scratch/dent was already there. The next week the Negative Google Reviews began and now this. The customer has been offered a complete refund (twice) even though we have done everything to fix the issue. At no time was David or any other associate rude or disrespectful to this customer. There are many other negative Google reviews for other businesses from this same customer. I run an honest business and if we are ever at fault for anything I take responsibility for my employees actions. This is not the case with this review..

      Not even close to what happened. I even told him to check the cameras and see it for himself but he keeps avoiding my responses. After he changed the screen we noticed in the car the yellow dents on the screen and came back 30 minutes later and he changed it again and we didn't see anything wrong with the phone so we left the store once again. After we got home around 8pm we saw another yellow dent but this time it was smaller so we went back the next morning and showed the worker he said he could fix it for me that it was just a defective screen and we agreed to let him change it once again. We didn't see anything wrong with it so we left. the next day the phone started glitching and i even sent them a video of what it was doing. So once again we came back to the store and asked what was going on with the phone if it was him who didn't know how to work with it or if he had messed it up while changing it all those times. He continued to confirm it was the screen and changed it once again. the phone continues to not work so that's when we took action and emailed them once again with all the information and situation. They continued to blame it on the screen until i told them I would like my money back so I can take my businesses elsewhere. They said they would give me my money back if they changed the screen to my old one. I didn't think it was fair since I only came in for a screen change and resulted with a damaged phone. And regarding the scratches there was only one scratch on the side of the phone not two before we brought the phone, after we showed the worker he said it was there before and that i was lying. All of this situation I feel like they are just implying I did all of that to my phone. Why would I did that for.... I ended up spending more money by bringing the phone to them than what i would have if I had bought a new phone to begin with. The phone continued to not work so I had to take action and buy a new one since I rely on my phone while I am at work and I could not keep coming over to the store to get it messed up over and over again. This led to them damaging my phone and now they won't admit it. Not even an apology from both the worker or manager have I heard. I never said the worker was rude I said his work was very unprofessional since he didn't admit what he had done and kept blaming it on perfectly fine screens.
