    I brought in my vehicle three times to get the A/C fixed for 1056.00(rounding to nearest whole dollar). The first time they did the repair and the system worked for a whole 4 hours, I understand that things happen, so I brought it back the following week. The second time I brought it in, the mechanic had an emergency(understandable) and had to leave. I would not have had an issue if it wasn't for the fact that I had to call the shop for that update because no one called me to let me know and I needed to get to work the next day. The third time I dropped it off, again no called me to give me an update, I had to get a lyft to and from the shop for them to tell me that my condenser was the issue and the fix for that was over 2,000.00. All that just to say that the part is backorder for an indefinite time and they would call me to give an update on availability, but par for the course, no has called me about it. I'm almost back to square one with my issue except now I'm out 1,000.00, absolutely avoid them.

    One of the Best Automotive Repair Shops I have been to in Pensacola , they have handled our fleet maintenance on our commercial vehicles over 20 of them and one of my corvettes came in for service not to long ago . I have had nothing but great service and upfront honest prices from this company with a fast turn around time getting my vehicles back to me . Highly recommend Gary Sapp Automotive

    I have used Gary Sapp automotive since 2001. I use him for my company and my family’s vehicles. I can not say enough good about the service I have received from Garry Sapp automotive and his staff. I am one who wants to know “Why” and “What happen”! Gary takes the time to explain it to me in detail so I can understand and follow him. Gary is a true professional, honest and hard working man! My vehicles will only go to Gary Sapp Automotive!!!!

    Gary Sapp & his team at Gary Sapp Automotive are awesome! Always helpful and very timely in diagnosing auto issues for me and my family. They are always thorough to discuss repairs and transparent on pricing, and I always feel safe driving out of his lot. Very fair and reasonable pricing, and gets the needed parts and jobs done quickly. Highly recommend for any automotive needs. They do RV's and large diesels too! If your car isn't running right, run it right to Gary Sapp Automotive! Heckuva nice staff and clean waiting area also if you have to wait. Best automotive mechanic in the Pensacola area!

    Everyone at Gary Sapp Automotive was so helpful and caring with my BMW. I felt like Gary really understood and truly cared about my vehicle and my needs.     I have had my truck worked on by Gary Sapp automotive for years. I had an issue with my transmission in my truck that two other places could not fix. They took the time to research the problem and and fix the truck and I have not had a problem for over a year with my transmission. They have earned my business as I believe they were fair, informative, and kept me up to date on my repairs anytime I had to go to them. I have an older 2002 truck that is a diesel and they do a great job keeping it running and repairing what is needed for me.

    I like the cat. That said, I'm telling myself maybe Gary is not aware that he has had my truck in his shop 6 times in 10 weeks for a timing issue and 6000. dollars latter I still have the same issue and don't want to bring it back to him. If I can get past the defensive line, I'll try to talk to him monday and update this report.

    Mr *******, I am SO sorry I am just responding to this. Do you still hvae the truck and do you still have the issue going on? How can we rectify this? I called and left a message. Please tpouch base with me and lets try to work this out. I have done some more research on your issue and have some additional things that need to be checked if you will allow me to, and obviously not at a charge to you. I take a great deal of pride in our work and my reputation. Please let me know what I can do.

    I brought my vehicle in after letting then know I need an alternator. Please let me know how much it will cost. The next day (which I appreciate) 850.00! Pure Rip Off! They have a cat that also was threatening to attack my dog and did nothing. Another mechanic charged us 400.00! I just want people to know Gary Sapp rips you off!

    Wow! Diesel, our shop cat, was in his cat perch, in the window, by the front door. When you and your dog came in and Diesel became alarmed, Jessica distracted Diesel, encouraging him to move to a stool and eventually locked him in my office. Diesel lives here. He moved in, we didn't buy him, but we love him. I hate that it bothered you, but I feel pretty strongly that you won't be back in my shop, so my apologies about that.
    I will have a sign made up warning people that we have a shop cat and all animals brought into our shop are brought at their owner's risk.
    As far as our pricing goes. We offer a quote and ask permission prior to doing any work unless we have an understanding from our customer ( and we have many customers that simply toss the keys to us and say fix it) before any work is started or completed. I recognize that we are one of the higher priced repair facilities in town. I'm good with that. I will not apologize for my pricing or the service we provide. It seems to me that you are much more comfortable with the facility to went to. That's wonderful! I encourage you to continue to patronize them. There are many analogies that can be made about the difference in quality at restaurants. You can buy a hamburger, or you can buy a steak. You can buy a cheap steak, a middle of the road steak, an expensive meal, or you can buy a top choice dining experience. There's a choice for every taste. I recognize that you have every right to have an opinion, but to call me and my business a rip-off, well that's a bit insulting, and in my opinion, not accurate or fair.
    I attempted to contact you and your voicemail is not set up. In fact, your phone goes directly to it, so either you are very busy, or you do not wish to discuss this voice to voice. I would invite you back to my shop, but we've already discussed that.
    At your convenience, call Doug at 850-944-3340. He will discuss with you how we are going to refund you for what you paid for our time checking out your vehicle. I certainly don't want you feeling that we are a rip-off or for that matter having spent any money with me if you are so dissatisfied as to leave such a scathing review. Once again, we don't do any work without permission and having given a quote.
    I do hope you and your pet have a better day.

    I always receive notch service from Gary & his team. They CARE about your safety too which is important to me. They explain things which I also really appreciate. There’s a saying- you get what you pay for… & you pay for what you get. If you want the best mechanic with the most certifications 8 experience, then this is the place. As a single female, I want to feel like I can trust the people working on my vehicle that they are doing the work correctly & also being honest. Gary does both.
