    I mailed my case halves for a 2.5L engine for a Subaru to emerald coast to be machined and sent back. I have asked emerald coast about the case halves I’ve sent rand epeatedly the guy said they were finished and just not shipped back to me yet. A month ago he has stopped all communication with me. The business won’t answer the phone ever and the message he has setup says they return all calls daily between 11am and noon, or 3pm to 4pm. I have left many messages in the past month but he will not return my calls. He even had me drop ship pistons to him. I have the quick book receipt that I paid him for the service with. At this point I am convinced he is just stealing my engine and the money I sent for service.

    I have emailed the customer to inform him i was unavailable and out of my shop a good bit between June 10th up until August 12 for personal reasons, we had been in contact up until that point and once i got back to my voicemails i was able to track down the ones he left for me while i was gone but unfortunately it was to late. Nothing got shipped while i was gone and now that im back i am getting caught up on all back logged orders and shipments. I will be attaching some photos and the tracking number to this complaint as well as sending them to the customer via email at [email protected] / once he receives them im assuming this complaint will be satisfied but if anything else is need on my end just let me know.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have not received any pictures of my case halves. However the only real problem here is that they were not shipped to me.  Supposedly they have been done for months and have not been shipped. Until I receive my property I will be dissatisfied. 
    Worst case scenario  even if the job was not started just send my property to me and refund the amount I paid. At this point my property has been sent to emerald coast and the money has been paid to emerald coast for labor costs and machinery and I have nothing

    Sorry for the delay, unfortunately i am the only one at my shop that does any of the ej series work and shipping and with my absences lately its been hard for me to get things done and shipped. Ive attached pictutes of said work and if you can confirm the shipping address i have or send me the correct one i am here today and will get it sent out and email over the tracking number.
