    Dear [Better Business Bureau/Better Business Advising],

    I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out to formally request assistance in obtaining a refund from Appxai due to their failure to deliver on promised services, as well as concerning behavior from their representative.

    I purchased a software service from Appxai with the understanding that I would receive [specific features or services promised However, the platform has been unusable, and I have not been able to access or benefit from the services as advertised. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.

    Additionally, a representative from Appxai has engaged in unprofessional and inappropriate conduct. After I requested a cease and desist, they continued to contact me and even made threats. This behavior is unacceptable and has caused me significant distress.

    Given that the service was not provided as promised and due to the concerning actions of their representative, I am requesting a full refund of 97.00 I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed with this matter and any assistance you can provide in ensuring that the company honors its obligations.
