Lexus makes beautiful vehicles and we as consumers spend a little extra to enjoy a great product. Unfortunately, dealerships like Lexus of Pembroke Pines has employees like the sales manager Frank Marcella that ruin the experience if there is a issue no matter who's right and who's wrong. Frank was aggressive, unprofessional, rude and probably the most arrogant person i've ever spoken to. Please read the Google and Yelp reviews and you'll see for yourself haw many times these words pop un in reviews. I don't blame Frank becuase he only acts this way becuase it's accepted by the Zinn Automotive Group and Lexus Corporate. These public reviews of rude and unprofessional behavior are easy to find and it still continues to this day after being reported on many occasions. We all work hard for our money so make sure you spend it at a dealer that appreciates your business and treats you respectfully.

Hey everyone – a serious warning about Pembroke Pines Lexus in Florida. Based on my experience with Rohan Alexander and Jorge A*****, I’d strongly recommend avoiding them. Last week, I placed a deposit on a GX 550 with the exact specs I wanted—at MSRP—based on their promise that my deposit would secure that specific vehicle and take it off the market, with a delivery window of 2-3 months or sooner. I even received a spec sheet showing the vehicle’s VIN, so I knew exactly what I was getting, and it was clearly implied—if not outright stated—that this was the car I was buying. Then, on Wednesday, I was contacted about a GX 550 available for immediate delivery because the originally assigned buyer supposedly backed out. They offered this vehicle at a premium (initially $5K over MSRP, which I eventually agreed to pay $4K over if they cover shipping) under the impression that I’d get it much sooner than the waitlisted one. They said they were offering it to me first before sending it out to “the group chat”, which looking back I can only assume they meant before offering it at MSRP to whoever was next in line. After I verbally agreed to these new terms, I discovered that the VIN on the “immediate delivery” vehicle was identical to the one on the spec sheet I received earlier. Notably, when I spoke with Jorge on Wednesday night, he tried to preempt any questions by suggesting that it might be a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the one I put a deposit on. Looking back at the deposit form I signed, I also noticed the VIN wasn’t included—likely a deliberate omission to give them the flexibility to change the deal at the last minute. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic, not to mention, if you’ve been waiting for a Premium Incognito/Black, you should be pissed as they are clearly prioritizing profit. And while I certainly can’t fault the dealership for wanting profit, I expect honesty and transparency. Period.

My name is ****** ********, I want to bring to your attention the humailating, degrading, and frightening experience I had at the Pembroke Pines location. I would like to begin with that I am a big fan of Lexus cars; I have purchased /leased 4 vehicles from your dealerships in my time in Florida. You can imagine that what has occured has shook me and altered my view of Lexus dealerships in South Florida. It began with my initial interaction with the Pembroke Pines location manager ***** *******. I have been in search of a Lexus ** 550, ********** a sales associate reached out me and was assisting me with my purchase. After putting a deposit and ordering On Monday I went to the dealership again and purchased a ** 550 Over Trail Plus that was available on the lot. Once, I came home and showed my wife the car she and I noticed the front passenger seat was faulty, the step to enter the vehicle was not safe for my pregnant wife and I, and over all the Over Trail Plus model was not suitable or practical for my family's use of the vehicle. I returned to the dealership the following day (today) and requested to change the car. They showed me a Luxury ** 550 which happens to be the one I wanted from the beginning. The terms offered to me to change the vehicle were not favorable, I decided it was best to leave the ** 550 Over Trail Plus I purchased there at their location. I came back later today to bring the extra carpets and keys. **. ***** ******* approached me and rudely asked me to take the carpet and keys with me; he said "I don't care what you do with this, throw it to the garbage if you want" and in the most embarrassing way proceed to kick me out of the dealership and even followed me all the way to my car. I am a visibly Jewish orthodox man and I cannot stress how intimidated, harassed and degraded I feel with every interaction I have had with ** *******, It truly felt like a story from the Holocaust where jews were not allowed in to certain places

I purchased my car on July 1st 2024 late evening after it was delivered. On Tuesday afternoon I reached out to the salesman ******* because the car was not giving me a smooth ride. Also, indicating that when I reverse in the car, I'm getting grinding noises when I turn the wheel. He advised me to bring it in on Saturday July 6th, which I did thinking since the car is new that he'll set it up to get looked at promptly. I was horrified to walk into the service lobby to be greeted with a full lobby with nowhere to even sit. I had at least 20 people before me. I text him to let him know that I couldn't wait as I had to work. He told me a loaner will be available on June 19th. I figured I would wait and take it in when a loaner is available. NOPE! The number he told me to call advised me I couldn't get a loaner because my car didn't have at least ****** miles on it. WHAT?!? I'm so frustrated that I'm being treated this way. I've never purchased/leased a car that I had buyer's remorse. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. You will regret it!

If you want to buy the car at the end of your Lease, they will add $1,300 in junk fees. A total rip off.

May 2023. Pembroke Pines Lexus seemed promising. ***** the manager promised me the vehicle at the price no dealers fee and no document fees. Since the IS350 F sport was not available, I had to put a deposit and wait. When it finally arrived, 3 months later and only when we are doing the paperwork, I was told that Documentation fee($499) will be added back into my deal since it took a long time to deliver (their fault) I told the salesman(******), that was not fair but since I was already exhausted going back and forth...I agreed to it. While working with **** (Finance), don't let the awards hung on his shelves fool you, he will try all the tricks in the book to sell you add-ons. I tried to purchase the extended warranty they have on their website but **** told me that one doesnt exist. He only has the more expensive one. They use this big touch screen underneath the desk which is cool but it distracts you from actually seeing the numbers. Make sure you see the numbers printed onto one page. After everything was signed off, they switched the fee and charge me the dealers($799) and not the Documentation fee ($499) which i didnt notice. I went the following day to talk to **** and he told me that it was out of his hand and I needed to speak to my Salesman. I spoke to ****** and he said he will work on getting that corrected for me. After 3 months, I went to talk another manager (****) and explained my situation and he said he will work on it as well. We are now in the 8th month and this has not been refunded or corrected. I realize that it was just a difference of $320 (with sales tax) that they owe me but it was all about the principle. In addition, the car did not come with all the accessories that was listed on the window sticker. I am not sure what type of inspection the dealers have when releasing the vehicle. They also never gave me a 2nd key fob.

On 20 June 2022, I purchased a brand new 2022 Lexus GX 460 at the Lexus of Pembroke Pines dealership. The price I was supposed to pay for the car after the negotiations was around $58,000. The sticker price was around $60,000. I had been there for tense negotiations for at least two hours. I was excited about the new car and developed certain level of confidence that everything was in the up and up. However, when I went to sign the Purchase Agreement, I failed to realize the amount for the car listed on top of the agreement was changed to more than $74,010.00. I misplaced my trust in professionalism and honesty of the Lexus dealer salespeople and finance officer and thought that all of the different numbers would equate to the right price, therefore I did not question it. Last week I was reviewing the car purchase paperwork and noticed in the finance documents state that at the end of the payments period I would have paid over $91,000 for the car. At that moment I knew something was not right. I double and triple checked the numbers. It became obvious to me that I was overcharged for the car by around $16,000. I immediately wrote the sales agent and scheduled an appointment to discuss remedies. I told him that all I wanted was to adjust the numbers to the correct sale's price. I went to the dealer at 1:00PM on Monday May 8. I met up with the sales' agent. The sales' agent went to the get his manager. His manager came to talk to me. He asked me to explain my claim. I did. He said that at this time they were not going to make any reparations. He said that I signed the paperwork last year and that they were not going to do anything about it now. I left the Lexus Dealer extremely disappointed at their response to me. Is there anything that can be done to recover my costs?I need your help and advice. Currently, I am considering that my only recourse is to sell the car elsewhere and cut my losses.

On 5/4/2023 I found a 2013 Nissan Maxima SV on CarGurus at this location. ****** car salesman contacted me after I sent my info through this car advertisement. I asked for pictures and he stated the car was being serviced and as soon as he had a chance he would send it to me. I’ve been calling this dealership for 3days regarding this car and now today im told it was sold yesterday 5/6/23 would I like to look at something else.. Hell no I don’t. Spoke to car manager ***** and he can only say sorry and try to sale me another vehicle. This place sucks and there is NO communication, I was misled and should’ve known something wasn’t right when ****** was too busy to get on phone or send me pictures. He lied and said he did not have my email, the cargurus asks for the email and if he knew he did not communicate..??

I had a bad experience with Lexus Pembroke Pines. I purchased a Lexus and they gave me the wrong spare key to the Lexus that I had already paid for and they want me to pay for another key even though they gave me the wrong key.
