    I placed an order with this company on May 6th, 2025. It was a 2-5 day delivery. I still have not received my order. I called the store and they gave me a 1800 number and said no one in the store handles online orders. Once I call the 1800 number and press 1 it says they are busy or away and cannot answer and asks you to email. This number is like this all day no one ever answers. Ive emailed them twice with no response. I would like to get my money back at this point.

    On November 16, 2024 I purchased a womens shapeware that didn't fit me. I paid to have it shipped back through ***** two days later and sent the package to the address they have on their website to do the returns, just to find out the package is not deliverable to the address they gave me. ***** notified me it was out of business. I emailed several times with no answer until a week later, they told me to make the return with the business return label through **** with the same address I had already sent it to. I contacted ***** they lost my package for almost two months. I finally got the package back and sent with the **** label the company sent me. AGAIN the package is undeliverable and they will not make my return. The phone number they have on their website does not work. The only form of contact I have with them is the email I have provided. I have tried contacting Afterpay which I used to pay, and they too also do not get involved

    Hi the issue with fed ex delivery was out of our control , they would try and deliver after business hours , we have received the item and issued a refund to this customer

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I still do not understand why it took you four months to respond after making several attempts to your business to except my return and never got a response back. The address you provided does not exist, the phone number on your page does not work, and no one ever answers, and you do not provide internet returns in store. It was very unprofessional of your business to not even attempt to help me after I made all efforts until I got the BBB involved.

    Good afternoon I made a purchase from pretty girl curves and I read all of the fine print including for returns. How ever I am returning / switching a faja and it states for returns as in not getting another item that there would be a 10% restocking fee. The faja that I am getting now is cheaper than the one sent out which leaves me with a balance of about 46 dollars or more. I am asking for you guys help with my refund of my remaining Balance of whatever is next over being that I am still making a purchase it shouldnt be if I dont get a refund I can keep the full amount in store credit but if I want my remaining balance there Commenced to taking 10% double standard. I think that is unfair to the customers its basically forcing us to have to buy something else in order to get / use our own hard earn money with them even if we dont see anything else we want or lose 10%

    In the photos provided up too no where did it mention if you are doing a return / retiring for another item because that item was to small or whatever the case mightve been that for what ever monies is left over would have to still face a 10% deductible. It does says if you want a complete refund as in you arent looking to get another item you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. When I spoke to someone at this business today she basically told me whatever is left over will remain in store credit until you make another purchase which I feel is unfair because I wont be ordering anything else from their website and should be able to receive my remaining balance in full. Not be forced to by something or lose out on my money when clearly I am still getting something from you guys

    I am rejecting this response because: what I / she is alleging is that a purchase was made yes for different prices how ever there is a balance left over and I / she was. Told that if I wanted that back in cash you guys were/are going to take 10% from it and that isnt fair to us customers. If there is nothing else there for me to purchase or that I want why would I allow my money to sit there in your guys business account when I could be spending it elsewhere! So again I/she made a purchase and the purchase along wasnt / isnt the same as the first purchase so there is an remaining balance that should be sent back with out anything being deducted because I still made a purchase. Is what I am saying. However when I first made the complaint the faja was 100 dollars that I saw but the price  changed and it ended up being more !!!

    On 4/9 I purchased a waist trainer on line. As of yet I have still not received my order. Ive emailed, called several times but cant get a response. My order no is NO.PGC-281806. Id like my refund of $80.79.

    I ordered an item(All Day ********** Waist Trainer #****B) medium size on 07/202022 but it was way too small for me. I paid money to return the item using instructions from this company also submitted a tracking number/ info showing delivered on 07/28/2028 but this company kept the money and the returned item. Please help get my money back.

    08/15 I purchased a faja from their website based on their measurements. Once the item arrived on 08/19 it was too small. I shipped the item back the next day by ****** Using a tracking number as stated by Pretty Girl Curves recommendations. It was delivered on Thursday, 08/25. I contacted the company by email four times with only one response. They hadn't received the package. I called six times with no answer. I never tried the item on, it was too small compared to my other faja, the tags are still on the item, and I returned it in its original packaging. I just need help with getting my money back. I've ordered another one and it fits great. Thank you.
