************************* cohered me into opening a passive income stream using his "proven" formula for product sales on Amazon. The cost would be $25k to open up the store with ******. I reached an agreement with ****** that since I was a personal friend, I would provide only a bit over $15k upfront. This process first started in June 2022. ****** had me open a credit card, maxed out the amount and had me pay him nearly 16k to start up an Amazon Passive Income Stream that he never had any desire to fulfill. He knew exactly which credit card to have me open as for the interest wouldnt accrue for a full year on the intro offer, knowing he would have an entire year to "build my business." In reality he was running until it got past the point I could not dispute the charges. At the beginning he told me in 3-4 months, I would have a store beginning the first few stages of passive income automation with proven items selling effectively. His team would handle all the item procurement, shipping and amazon logistics and we would split the profits on everything made. He had me believe that he too had a reason to see my account successful. For as every profit dollar made on the market would be split between myself and Passive E-Commerce. No one wants this to work more than me,****** would say. Excuse after excuse would arise for as why my store was not moving or selling any products. First it was that Amazon changed their shipping terms (lie). Next, it was that he had to fire his staff for being unproductive. After that, it was that our manufacturer had been on holiday for 1-2 months due to Chinese New Year. Next, my product was lost and they needed to track it down, which took months. Then finally this April, he assigned me an account representative who took over as my primary point of contact. Since April I have not heard from ******, but have information that he has fled his office and apartment in ***** and since taken down the www.passiveecommerce.com website.

The company promises financial returns for Amazon drop-shipping. Depending on the tier you purchase determines your profit. I signed my contract on 4/21/22 & sent our fee of $12,000.00 via wire transfer on 4/26/22. Between starting in 4/22 to 1/23, it was a complete "run around" with "changes", "store closures", "re-direction" with policies among other pacifying excuses & no timeline regarding what our money was doing or if it was doing anything. After months of this, our account manager, ***************** emailed us on 12/13/22 that their process was changing (again) & the change would require more money from us. We had little faith in Passive at this point since it had been 6 months of nothing. Then, on 1/6/23 I received an email from **** that he is no longer with the company & cannot assist us further - he didn't give us a new contact or anything. I emailed the owner, ************************* immediately & any other email I could find. I received email return notices because a few of the emails were no longer valid. After no response from *************************, I emailed him again on 1/26/23. He responded with scheduling a phone call. Per our conversation, he promised our investment back, but said he would need time. We had another call scheduled 2 months later so I could get an update in which he cancelled. From here, I reached out to my ex & he directed me to another referral, *************************** who was planning to take legal action. We collaborated with ****'s attorney, ************************************* - a total of 8 victims & a grand total of $199,000.00. Our attorney has received few responses from ******** ************** is unwilling to negotiate. Per our ******************* attorney, ****** is out of the country & will not share his location - "in a haven sort of place expats go for protection from taxes &/or governmental entities". ************************* is committing fraud, misrepresentation, conversion, unjust enrichment - it is a total ponzi scheme.

I signed up with Passive E-commerce, for them to set up an online Amazon business for my wife. The cost would be $30k. I reached an agreement with the company that i would provide $6k upfront and they had an internal loan program that i qualified for. They would get the business license and set up the business amazon account for my wife. Once the business is up and running, the profits would pay off the remainder of the loan, when complete my wife would start to earn profits from the business of course they would keep a portion for their services. That was October 2022. I got the business license for my wife sent to the house, I contacted them for over a month and no response. I pretended to be someone else who was interested in starting a business and within minutes i get a response. I let them know that i already signed up and told them where i was in the process and i was told that the person i was working with is no longer with the company, which is weird because i spoke with 2 people which just happen to not be with the company any more, you would think they would reach out to their customers to let them know that. Anyways i was assigned a new person, who help me open the amazon account for my wife. Soon after the amazon was open, it was deactivated. My wife and i followed their directions to completion. I was told that their team would handle everything and i can sit back and relax. A few days after i reached out to them for information regarding their process, and i was informed that they are working on it and they would let me know this was in February 2023. March 5th i check my wife amazon account to see what was happening, i saw that the account was deactivated. I reached out to Passive E-commerce and no one has gotten back to me since then. With no response after a few emails i am not happy. I ask them to return my deposit minus the fee for the license so I can get someone else to help my wife and I, still no response.
