      I took my car to ****************************** on May 20th, 2024 to resolve a shaking and check light engine issue. I originally purchased and only been serviced at this dealership for the past 6 years. The advisor and mechanic recommended over 2000 in repairs and did not fix my car after keeping my car for almost 2 weeks. On May 29 when i picked up my car the issue was still present so I gave them a chance to fix it on June 6 and when i picked up my car it was worse. I couldn't even drive it out of the parking lot. Also, what I was charged on my receipt does not match the initial invoice recorded on my account so it is a fraudulent charge.

This is a letter to a Sales Manager at the dealership.I booked my appointment initially because something was off about the vehicle's driving conditions. At that time, I was assigned to N. Farbmann. When I met with her, I explicitly mentioned the sounds coming out of the car and that I wanted to have it checked out. She informed me there would be a charge of $200 for inspecting the vehicle. I proceeded to let the vehicle be inspected, as I needed the vehicle repaired. After waiting more than two hours, Ms. ******** returned to me and said there was no problem with the vehicle. It was then that I reminded her about the sounds coming out of the car while driving. She returned to the technician, and soon after, she came back and said the problem was the right front wheel bearing. She gave me a cost of $400 + to fix. I declined to fix it at the moment but asked for a quote to understand the cost and charges of the repair. A couple of days later, I followed up via email, reminding her to send the quote. To this day, I have not received it or an acknowledgment to my note. I decided to have the vehicle elsewhere, since I didn't hear back from her. The auto shop confirmed that the root of the problem was not the front wheel bearing but rather the one in the back. Attached is the shop's job order for your reference. In there, you can clearly see the repairs that were made to the vehicle.As you can see, I paid $200 for an inaccurate diagnosis. I demand a refund for a couple of reasons. First and foremost, I was charged for receiving an incorrect diagnostic; secondly, I was charged for the inconvenience of being at the dealership for a long period of time without getting a straight answer or constant updates. This reflects poorly on the level of service at your dealership. I hope you take notice and take the necessary steps.

      Transaction date 09/02/2022 Car Grand Wagoneer 2022 Series III The car has been brought to Auto Nation about 4-5 times for various issues. It was brought in last week for an oil change and to check a light on the steering gear. AutoNation has been unresponsive and has not even touched our car to work on it. This is ALWAYS the issue. Moreover, AutoNation has failed to successfully repair and identify the several problems in my car.

      Reached to customer on two separate occasions, to gather more details about this complaint, according to our records, Unit was last here April 25th, with a power steering concern and washer fluid leak, and regular maintenance, vehicle was repaired and returned to customer on 04/29, same day complaint was filed.

      On November 15, 2023 I was contacted by ******** and was informed that the part that they were waiting for would take 30 days because it was coming for *******. December 15 comes and nothing not one word. Therefore, being patient and trying to rationalize it in my own mind that its the holidays and people are off and or traveling with their families. New Years comes and goes and still nothing so on January 4th I sent a text to ******** and his reply stated that he will check with the parts department and get back to me the following week. I attended a class from January ****th. He never called or send even send a text. So on the afternoon of January 12th I sent a text and nothing. Today, January 15, I receive a text that hes going to contact the parts department. This is 100% unacceptable. my car accident was in July of last year. While repairing the bumper they broke the radio. They submitted a claim through the insurance company and got paid and my radio is still not repaired. This is my second complaint to the ******************************* Im going to get my own attorney at this point. Ive contacted their HQ and nothing. Its like no one cares and isnt showing any willingness to do their jobs to resolve this situation. The radio was working when I dropped it off and now I have to be the one inconvenienced by 1) not having my car for months and 2) getting my car back I repaired & with no radio. If you cant help, then want are you there for. Im going to file a complaint everyday until this situation gets resolved.

      On 06/10/2023, Autonation forced a blind 71-year-old woman to sign an automobile contract. This contract should be cancelled. This blind woman has been blind since the year of ****. This woman is filing a complaint with ********** Office of the Attorney ******** ************************************ and ********** Financial Protection and Innovation. Autonation **************** should have a manager to contact the blind woman.

      Had collision repairs done August 2023. Picked up my car September 2023. The day I picked up my car, I showed the representative the work that was incomplete (paint was chipped and parts near the tire/undercarriage need to be replaced). I was told that I would be called when I can bring the car back to finish up the repairs. I have tried to get in contact with this facility and unable to be helped. I would like to bring my car ASAP to be finished.

      Yes, I have received the $5000.00 down payment; however, I have contacted the bank this morning, they informed me that the dealership has not pay off the loan. $35,975.45. The bank requires the loan to pay off the loan in order to issue me a new loan.

      The customer's $3000 on credit cards were refunded on 10/26/23. His check for $2000 was mailed out to him on 1031/23. That is the $5000 total deposit. Have left messages for the customer with no call back on his part yet. Thanks
