      I purchased a floor coating system for my backyard lanai and it was installed on 3/6/2020. ****** the owner stated there was a lifetime warranty that if any peeling happens then come and fix it. I had one issue about a year after ****** and his team came and fixed the issues. I have contact ****** numerous times over 10 times in the last year. The latest was on 2/15/2023 via text to correct the major peeling happening to the lanai. He never responded. I have contacted him via his ******** page, his website and via text on his cell phone probably over 10 times over the last year. On his website *************************************** We provide a TRUE LIFETIME WARRANTY For as long as you reside in your home against peeling, chipping, cracking, fading or yellowing. I just want him to stand by the work and fix the major peeing that is happening on the floor. I dont understand why he hasnt responded to my messages and come to my home and fix the peeling. He wont even return a call or message me back. I have added pictures to show how the product is peeling off. It seems that his team did not grind the old flooring off which is the process he told me would be done.
