    This business installed a mini split AC system in Aug 2017. The system began having problems not cooling shortly before the first year. This company serviced it several times in an attempt to repair it. This was at no charge. It was a ******* to a problem that the companies's owner recently admitted. The installer that he had hired to do the installation, due to a broken ankle, over tightened certain parts and did not install the unit correctly. The owner also told me most recently, in the presence of one of his technicians, ******, also his nephew, that the man he hired was an installer for commercial units and therefore most likely treated the unit too aggressively. I have given him all this time to repair what the unit needed but they have been unable to get the unit to cool to less than 78 degrees. The unit continues to be unable to cool to the desired temperature of 70 degrees after running for 6+ hours. I recently demanded they install a new unit at their cost because it was their installer that never did the job correctly. They have refused. This is the only reason I have stayed with this company for my main house unit. The unit and installation cost me just under $5000.

    I had this company come out on a warranty issue for the ** unit. The warranty company was AHS. They came out and replaced the coil to the ** unit that was not working. After about a week the unit broke no ** .I subsequently informed the **************** since the ** kept on breaking down. I had tenants in the house and was waiting 3 weeks for someone to come and fix. In the meantime the temperature in-house exceeded 90 degrees. I in turn had no choice and was advised to get a new ** person which I did called Mobile Air. The number was supplied to warranty company and for them to approve job. Apparently someone was not doing their job and could not wait anymore. As a result Mobile Air fixed the shoddy work done initially . The welds on the unit were not done ******, and there was water leaking , and the unit lost the gas to. unit. When I went to warranty company after a extended back and forth was advised to contact the company who did the work. When I called Cool works and tried to explain the person I spoke to said it is too late and hung up on me. Meanwhile I am stuck with a ******* bill that I should not have paid in the first place if the job was done correctly. As a result I am looking to get reimbursement and I have documentation as to what Mobile Air found.

    This is a warranty customer not our customer.  All complaints and recourse are to be through them per their contract with the customer.  I also do not have a ******************** account, do not recognize your authority and the email you have sent this complaint to is my personal email not our business email.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have had numerous discussions with the warranty company called American Home Shield. The tel number is *************. My contract number for them is *********. They had informed me and you can confirm this by calling them that as per their warranty contract it is up to the consumer to take it up with the vender if the services are poor. They are aware of the problem I have had and informed me that I need to deal with the vender which I did to no avail.
