      I was referred to this awful company and sent a text to **** to come take a look at my **. He did not mention any fee. When he arrived with ****, they went into my attic and said I needed new duct work in my walls from upstairs to downstairs. They quoted me $1,125.00. They also sprung an $89.00 fee on me for their visit. While they were there, my daughter sent me a text to tell me that the attic was now leaking. I immediately called them back and told them they caused a leak. **** said he would call me back and did to tell me to put a bucket under the leak and to call him in the morning if it was still leaking. This was at 2pm. Unacceptable. Funny enough, their last customer called them and told them the same exact thing! So now I have a leak they caused and won't fix so I call another company to help and pay them. They clearly showed me where my ** line was purposely disconnected which caused the leak that wasn't there until after **** and **** left my attic. I also do not need any of the ductwork they said I needed. I now have a hole in my wall and in my ceiling based on the leak they caused. The water also damaged my cabinets and lifted up my countertop. I had to call someone else out and pay them to fix that. When my husband called them to advise of all of the damage they caused, they told him I was stupid for not turning off the ** if there was a leak. These scam artists are not to be trusted in anyone's home. They are thieves and need to be held accountable for the purposeful issues they cause in people's homes.

      AUTOMATIC CONTROL CORP was sent to my home through American shield, my home warranty company because the motor of my AC was working on the outside unit. **** inspected the unit and said my motor is fine when clearly it was not running. But he proceeded to say my AC unit is not properly because my thermostat is in the wrong location. Meanwhile I have 4 smart ****** thermostats in my house. **** also said my evaporator coil is dirty. **** claimed these two things were worth pre-existing, and as a result the motor is not working and I must get these services done. **** then said only if I clean the coil would the warranty cover the motor. So eventually I got coil cleaned by an 3rd party and informed ***** At this point **** said even though coil is cleaned motor is not covered. So I had 3 independent licensed techs come to by house and they all agreed the motor was bad. I had to fight with American shield because of the bad report **** submitted but eventually they sent out another company and they replaced the motor within 24 hours of initial inspection and said I didnt need to clean the coil. **** and this company truly no knowledge about A/Cs and just trying to scam people into services they dont need. in order to protect consumers they should be banned from doing business.

      cocont creek,** purchased a home warranty through American Homeshield.He knowingly purchase the contract with pre-existing conditions.The wiring to his condenser fan motor were disconnected upon arrival to home.His airhandler was full of mold.He tried to defraud an insurance company.He tried to get me to lie to AHS to cover his repair.I wouldnt lie.They denied his claim.He is angry.We did not collect any money from **************************Automatic Control would have made a lot of money if repair was not denied.

      Would also request copy of his 3)estimates from licensed ********************************* people
