They will not refund your money if it's been more than 2 weeks since your initial order date even if they are not able to provide service to you. Do Not use them unless you are willing to loose hundreds of dollars with them for zero service.

Lesson learned - don’t ever buy veneers online. $300 plus for cheap plastic mouthpiece that makes my tongue itch and looks like a layer of cheap plastic, which is what it is. I will post this everywhere I can to save others from making the same costly mistake. Maybe if you have brown rotted teeth this is the spackling you need - but if you want whiter teeth - go to a dentist and get teeth whitener. And never again will I buy something online that has no reasonable refund option.

TruSmile Veneers has a refund policy of 20 -21 days and I left a negative review due to the bad experience I have receive and because its been past the 20 days due to their policy the will only consider to give me my full refund only if I remove my opinion from Google, Facebook, and trust pilot. The email I received from them says quote "we politely and respectfully ask you to remove your reviews on Google, Facebook, and trust pilot for now and wait until we proceed with the process." I also when the extra step to make a call to the escalation depart for almost an hour and the agent kept stating that she must choose their solution if she wants to move forward I must change my opinion and even after been told just weeks before the call that they will refund me in 3-5 business days and its been weeks, I have seen no refund. As a customer you cannot make them do something is not true My OPINION MATTERS is like shutting my voice and I am unhappy with this experience I have received and will make sure everyone knows what I have experience so no-one else falls for the same trap.

I contacted TruSmile to replace a crack they were prompt in asking me to leave a review and that a replacement would be on its way for free. I had the veneers for less than a month. Overall, the process has seemed painless. Will update after I receive the replacement.

I purchased veneers from TruSmile and while the impression kit was on its way I saw a dentist. I had too much decay for the veneers and needed to get dentures. I have contacted TruSmile three times to request a refund and have been totally ignored. I did not expect this from a company that had good reviews. I never opened the impression kit and of course told them I would return it. Unfortunately this company has been very unprofessional.

So disappointed.I emailed and messaged, but they have done nothing. In my emails and messages I told them I don’t know if they’re supposed to hurt while wearing but they look so fake that I’ll never wear them. Never responded to my email, so I commented on Facebook and they sent me a message. I then copied and pasted my email in the chat. They tell me to email or call again. Hello, I already told them the problem. Just getting the run around and avoidance. PLEASE DON’T waste your money!

Tru smile veneers has gone above and beyond my expectations without a doubt any concerns I have had were addressed right away . Also the process has taken 3 months or more with no fault on their part and when I finally sent it in they are expediting them in two weeks without me paying $145 .

I recieved my TruSmile veneers today and im so impressed. Ive tried other brands before so not gona lie was kinda nervous...but totally satisfied w the look..the fit ..and 10/10 i highly recommend..the communication regarding any questions or concerns was awesome..very helpful..i promise yall wont regret the decisuon to order TRUSMILE VENEERS!!

I did a lot of research before purchasing. I was impressed with the quick response to any questions I have. The shipping was quick and the product is exceptional. I am very pleased! Will be a life long customer!
