    We moved to Calhoun County in 2022. We purchased a solar system from what we thought was a reputable company. Boy were we wrong. They seemed like such good people in the beginning but now they have ended up beginning Nothing short of nasty.
    We have had continuous problems with our system. He made numerous trips out here and really didn't seem like he knew what to do and was just guessing to figure it out. We did owe him money but were reluctant to pay because the system never worked properly. After numerous attempts to reach him through calls and text messages that were never answered, my husband went to his house. They decided on a new plan to get yhe system up and running properly. He said we needed additional equipment. We paid him $11,000 for the additional equipment and signed a contract stating that he would be paid the remaining $4,000 when the job was completed and working properly. He ordered a new controller which he said was defective. When the controller came in, they sent us a message via text stating that as soon as we paid the remaining $4,000, before the job is completed, that they would bring the controller and finish the work. We are reluctant to pay the money before the job is finished because we can't trust him to complete the job. We have tried to call them but they will only text telling us that they are refusing to finish the job till we pay the money even though we signed a contract. We have contacted another solar company to complete the job so we messaged them about getting our controller that we have paid for and is under warranty. They are refusing th give it to us.
    Basically we have around $70,000 invested in a solar system that we can't rely on. We have had power installed so we don't have to worry about being without power. Please think twice before using this company. They are unprofessional and not reliable.
