Company will not return emails or calls about finishing promised procedure that was already pre paid for. I set an apt, had a consultation with the DR,***** I gave my measurements, body fat percentage and sent many pictures. He went over in detail of what he would do since I didn't have much body fat (22-25%) but was still able to preform the tasks as planned (thighs and stomach) Juliette gave me a total price after what the DR said he would preform. I accepted and made an apt. This was my first time doing any type of surgery so I needed all the instructions as possible. My main problem was the lack of communication. After I booked my apt I was prescribed pills with NO directions for when to take them, I called and emailed with no answer. (that should have been a warning)I came in and we spoke more in detail, DR ***** said that we could do both areas just not the same day (I still paid for thighs and stomach)) I agreed to have bodytite done to my thighs then back for my stomach at a later date .he talked about a surface tightening for my stomach but told him I didn't need that and only wanted bodytite done. The nurse even said I didnt need it. I was completely loopy from all the meds and sleeping pills. but I know I didn't need the microneedling done on my stomach. I made the full payment, they gave me cream which I still have no idea what it was sinc no instructions.I requested many follow ups along with a massage they said I needed and came with the pkg I paid for. I finally set up a day, since I live far away I booked a hotel and took off work, I emailed several times to confirm with NO response. so I was in PCB with no set in stone apt and no answer. After many failed attempts, I then texted Juliet's personal number she gave me and asked about a follow up. She responded asking who this was, then said shed look at my charts and get back to me.. which never happened. so now Im stuck with no follow up, no return calls, and work that still hasn't been done.
