My vehicle was delivered to the shop in October 2021. I was told every day for weeks that my vehicle would be fixed that week. Finally I was told that once November came, all of my out of pocket rentals would be reimbursed by the company due to them taking longer than I was promised (the owner’s words). He said he would reimburse me as soon as I got my car back. I had an extremely difficult time getting ahold of the shop and Mike, the owner. My car was returned the end of January. As soon as I returned home, my car began having multiple codes go off, my window was off the track, sunroof was not working, and there were many other issues including it having issues starting. After sending videos, the shop said to take it to Jeep and that he would handle everything with them. He swore again that he would cover all of my rentals. I kept being told he was working with them and finally after a couple more months went by, not only did they say they never heard from him but my new battery was dead. Finally he allowed me to drive hours back to his shop with my car still messed up and I dropped it back off. He told me he would have it fixed right away and reimburse me for everything. Again he would not respond to any calls or text messages. When I told him the rental fees were doubling in May 2023, all of a sudden it was “fixed”. He kept lying about when he was dropping my car off and blaming everyone else. He said refused to reimburse with a wire transfer and instead told me the wrong amount he would have in an envelope in my car waiting for me. When the tow truck arrived, I began recording. Again there were still many issues and he never fixed anything with the car. The adjuster even came and confirmed all of the issues he was supposed to fix and did not. After many attempts to get him to reimburse the rental fees, he stopped responding. This was the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with despite me being beyond understanding over the course of 2 years.Initial Complaint

My car had a hit and run on 6/21/2022. I researched and found Mike Collision shop. Insurance and him communicated on repairs and I was to pay $500 deductible. In or around August I picked up my truck paid $500 card and partial cash. Then next day my truck over heats. Mike states he can not verify it’s from the accident my truck is acting up and over heating. He tells me I have to pay a certified machanic to look at it. I was upset but went to pepboys and Firestone Shop. I took it to pepboys a hose broke and other issues around my engine. Firestone shop states the tire rods are bent. Mike shop never replaced all my parts. Insurance sends a second check to fix these issues Mike cashed the check , never fixed truck and stated he sent in a new estimate and the check for $1400 was not for additional repairs. Cari **** the insurance adjuster contacts and vetoed it was for him not fixing thoss new issues on the truck. Now I have been waiting on parts and a repair shop. Mike has not contacted me back after several attempts. On 11/26/2022 the truck has broken down in Alabama with issues to the engine and left tire areaBusiness response

customer came and spoke with Mike *****. Mike knows what needs to be done to take care of customer. Customer said she will take down complaint. She is not happy with the insurance company.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have just been alerted that the Collision shop and insurance failed my 2010 Ford Flex. And I am the victim. I have just paid a $200 tow bill in Alabama and the shop the Ford Flex is located at will not look over the truck until after the new year. To see what all is damaged or need repairs. I am not able to pull back a complaint when my insurance monies are cashed in Mikes Auto Collision account but my truck broke down. This shop has gotten over $5000 in checks and my deductible.I have taken this truck to total of 2 shops since picking up this truck from Mike Auto Collision. And since that very next day. The Collision shop has not touched or seen the vehicle but sent in supplements to be paid for addition damage.

My vehicle has been in Mikes Auto Collision since the 10th of August 2021 and currently still there. I was promised my car will be finish and ready by the 19th of November and i go to pick it up with the repairs still unresolved with other occurred problems now. The insurance company already cut the check for the damages but i have been given the run around about the repairs.
