    There are two issues here. The first is for the charge of $382.42 which I never gave authorization to charge. The second is the charge for $232.00 which was for additional night on the front end our stay. When we arrived on Sunday, they had double booked our room. They admitted they did that and scrambled to find us another room for that night until we could move into our room the next day for the remainder of our stay. We were told that Sunday they would refund the room since it was their fault and that they messed up a whole additional day of us waiting to move into our correct room. They told me they would do that on Tuesday when the manager came back into the office. Went down on Wednesday to check on the refund and the manager was very rude and said he had heard nothing about it and that he would not refund the night because they found us a room. He did not even want to listen to the fact that it caused us to waste practically another whole day on top of the stress the night before not knowing if we would have a room. I have tried reaching back out to them with no luck at getting this resolved. I explained that we have been staying in this unit for years. Over 10 that I know of and that we have never been treated like this. I am seeking a refund of the extra night and an apology for our experience and for the non-authorized charge on my card. Would like to seek to have that charge reversed also for all the hassle it caused all week. Was a miserable experience on what was supposed to be a family vacation.
