    Didnt fix problem the first time. Couldnt come back out until following week. No hot water with three kids in the meantime.

    I have plumbing insurance, sewer and water line protection. Best investment I've ever made. They're ******************, and do great work. I can't express enough how much money they've saved me. I've used them twice in less than 6 months. First it was tree roots in the sewer line, and yesterday they fixed a leak at the water meter connection. I was already $500 in the red with the city water from the leak. Omg they fixed it.

    Terrible service with a terrible attitude. servicer Kyle S. caused damage and flooded my kitchen immediately after leaving and refused to look into it when servicer came back. Servicer was immature and defensive. Encouraged by his manager Ed to take no accountability. Accused of blackmailing by the Servicer for writing a google review. Accused by Servicer of wanting free labor when the Servicer caused the damage. Servicer also came on the incorrect day and incorrect time. and was given less than 24 hours notice of the day change after I had rearranged my work schedule. And given no notice that the Servicer would arrive before the time frame stated.

    If you are in desperate need of a plumber; don’t call these people. The Technician Joey has to be some one’s kin in this company because he is slow, not knowledgeable and it’s been over 2 month waiting on parts due to his incompetence and a company that doesn’t follow up. Skip this company and YouTube it, you’d be ahead if they are the other option.

    Hers and His plumbing is the best plumbing company Ive ever used. They are very prompt on appointments , very knowledgeable and the communication is great as well. I will always use this company for my plumbing needs !!

    Terrible company. Unprofessional. Slow. Disorganized. They blame the warranty company. The warranty company meanwhile has not even received a quote!!

    I asked Hers and His plumbing to come out and give me an estimate for some plumbing work; they sent a tech out and then I never heard back- EVER. I called the company multiple times and spoke to several people all repeatedly assuring me they would pass on my case. Well, one year later still with no estimate, I start getting tons of automated text messages asking me if I need service, haha!I already called and asked to be removed from the database and all notifications but it is ILLEGAL to be texting clients without their permission. I never opted in to receive messages from Hers and His plumbing. Not surprised to find multiple ****** reviews and reviews on here all saying they were essentially "ghosted" by Hers and His plumbing. Extremely unprofessional behavior from a company clearly struggling to do the right thing.

    Hers and His Plumbing are horrible, unresponsive and unprofessional. I could give them 0 stars I would, came out to repair my faucet and toilet. Claimed the faucet needed a part, they would have it in within 2 weeks, this was June 20, 2023. I have called multiple times spoke with ******** and *******. Stated they would talk with the tech ****, and get back to me. Today is September 6, 2023. I have lost $$$ through thousands of gallons of water. They do not call back at all. Today is my last call to them. I have asked them to replace the faucet. Also asked for my $ back that I paid for a service call.

    We are very sorry for the experience you and certainly don't take it lightly. Our plumbers own their own jobs from start to finish and this plumber completely dropped the ball on this. Our Area Manager will be contacting you to try and rectify the situation.
