      My mother booked an appointment with ************************* and was told she had to pay $400 to hold an appointment. They said if she had to cancel for any reason she would get the full $400 back, it was just a fee to hold her appointment . My mom showed up to the appointment on time, she was told to sit and wait because theyre behind. She waited less than an hour, then was told unfortunately the patient before her was having issues so they couldnt service my mom. The receptionist said they will call my mom with a new appointment date. After weeks went by no one called my mom with a new date. My mom called stating she wanted her money back and no longer needed their service. ************************* told my mom he will only give her $200 back not the full $400. Thats ******** because they specifically told my mom she could get her money back. It was not her fault she showed up to her appointment ON TIME then was told they were behind. Ive been calling him, so has my mom but he doesnt answer. Never trust them its a rip off. Im looking into legal action now IF he doesnt pay my mom.*this is the daughter writing this message** ********* ************
