1 starI bought a new AC unit and gad duct work done in the attic a couple of years ago. After the first 6-8 months, I had issues with water backing up in the system and shutting the unit off. Then, almost every 4 months, the same thing happened, and they wanted to charge me $179.00 or more to fix a faulty part. On the third call, the technician even admitted I shouldn't be charged. He fixed it and it was done for no charge, ruled as faulty. The 4th time, the kid came out, sucked the water up and did not change ANYTHING; charged me $179.00 and said everything was fine. The 5th time (today), the kid came out and I told him this is the 5th (or maybe 6th) time that you guys have been out for the SAME THING! He said I can get your unit back on for you; it will be $400+ to fix it. He did not even realize my son (who knew what was wrong with it) had already stopped by and had the unit running! My son trusted Anthony's to come out and do the right thing; fix the emergency float shut off once and for all and to QUIT charging $179+ every time they come fix the same thing! I also had bought a warranty they sold me last time and they STILL wanted $400 tonight! When i called for service, no one told me there would be a service fee (with a warranty and to fix the same problem) of $179 plus parts and labor! Needless to say, my youngest son is here in a wheelchair, i am elderly and my son/grandson are US veterans. This is how Anthony's wants to treat their customers after they soak you with a $7000 unit and duct work. I no longer will recommend, support OR call (even with their warranty) Anthony's Heating and Air. You guys can go **** off. I will find a reputable company that doesn't post 5 start ratings all over their webpage with no ability to leave feedback that is not monitored; anyone can do that. 5 stars*** was my technician, he was prompt and professional. I am glad I found a local reliable *********** I highly recommend Anthonys Cooling, Heating and Electrical. Exceptional service from my first phone call . Office staff deserves a special recognition for very professional service.

5 stars*** we have found the ********** we never knew existed. We love ********* Cooling and Heating, they go way out of their realm to satisfy their customer's.Not only are they taking care of both of our AC Units, they always check and clean the Dryer vent as well as check all of our fire alarms, now how many other AC companies have you had do that? We have had several in a lot of years and trust me , ********* is the very first to do these extras. 5 starsAfter-hours service tech responded quickly. Diagnosed the problem and handled repair/correction immediately. Tech was knowledgeable, respectful and polite. He made recommendations regarding future repairs or replacement but without sales pressure or "scare tactics."Anthony's Cooling Heating Electrical

5 stars*******'s (specifically Beadles the technician) did a great job in correcting my air conditioning problem. She arrived 2-3 hours early to get my air working again...on a Sunday. I have found that they are reliable and honest...just what you want when it comes to repairs. I have the annual maintenance package, and it is worth it.
