  Brightway insurance is HORRIBLE!! 4 phone calls with being disconnected and finally got throughon hold almost an hour. Just to be told something completely different than the previous 2 calls. I swear no one is on the same page at this company!!

  One of the agents helped my ex husband commit fraud when writing policy and excluded my name from policy, there was no documentation provided that said my name was to be removed. Deed transfer never occurred and final marital settlement specifically said the house is 50/50 ownership. I brought this to the head agent ******** ***** and after pulling up deed on property appraisal sight and realizing the lack of due diligence the agency did when writing policy she refused to fix it or terminate the policy immediately. Then she began avoiding my calls/ emails. The agent and staff failed to due diligence and allowed fraud to be committed. I reported this to the insurance investigator and it was agreed that the agency failed to do due diligence and should have terminated policy the second became aware.

  At the time the policy was issued, our records indicate that the former agent was informed by the policyholder that a divorce had been finalized and that your name was to be removed from the policy. Your request to be added was brought to our attention nearly two years later, after the policy had already been active.

  
  We made multiple attempts to assist and communicated the required documentation needed by the carrier in order to make any changes. Unfortunately, we were unable to proceed without that documentation. As an agency, we are required to follow the insurance carriers underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements, and we cannot make changes to a policy without proper authorization.
  We understand this has been a frustrating experience, and we regret that we were not able to reach a resolution that met your expectations.

  Please know that no fraudulent actions occurred on the part of our agency, and we remain committed to acting with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

  *************************** is amazing she always goes out of her way to answer any questions we might have. They also always make sure to get me the best insurance quotes. I use Brightway insurance company for all my insurance needs and i will continue to recommend them to anyone because we all know dealing with insurance is not easy but this company cares to make it easy for us and thats important to me.
