A couple of months ago, ******* tree did a tree removal for our neighbor's house. When it came time to remove the ***** from the tree, they chose to use our driveway to access the ***** with their grinder. They did not ask us for consent to use our driveway, they did it because it was easier than removing a stacked wall of concrete blocks that were in the way of the ***** if accessed from the neighbor's property. Well, after they drove over an awkward and unused edge of our driveway several negative things happened. Firstly, they cracked our driveway so severely that they actually broke a county water main that was under our driveway. This started as just Unkown water leaking into the road in front of our house. Very soon after the main burst and floated our driveway up way above normal and the breaks got worse. We had to call the county to report a massive water leak pumping thousands of gallons of water out and washing out the sand and soil from under our driveway as it was starting to open a sinkhole type of washout. the county did come out and cut out a good size section of our drive and repaired the leak. This left our driveway shifted, broken, out of place, and cut open. We contacted them at oneils and they did say they were sending someone out to remedy the situation. Upon inspection they did acknowledge their fault from what happened and quickly said they would fix it. They said they were having concrete companys out for bids to replace that broken section of the driveway. After weeks and weeks of calling them and them telling us they are on it and it will be repaired soon they had Appollo come out and say he was going to turn it into his insure liabilty company to resolve our issue. well its been weeks and weeks again and the company tells us they have filed a claim and are waiting. They have never denied that they caused the problem, just have refussed to give us the claim number and contact for their insurance. Please help!!!

On April 1st 2024 to remove a tree from and April 2nd 2024 to complete the ***** grinding for the homeowners of ****************** The complainant is the neighboring property located at ******************************************* the 2 days on site the only equipment that touched his property was the ***** grinder (approx. ***** pounds) which was driven over the driveway and up onto the area where the stumps were located. The complainant called to state they had damage from our crew on May 2nd, 2024 (30 days after we had been on site.), we had a site visit on May 6th, 2024 to review the damage.  At that time the complainant stated that we caused a leak from the county water line that ran below his driveway. The water line in question was repaired by the county for free, in order to repair the line the county had to remove a small section of the complainants driveway. The complainant asked if we would cover the cost to repair the section of the driveway.

Upon further investigation and a second site visit on June 20th 2024, we reached out to the county to clarify the work that was completed. The county advised that the leak was due to corrosion and that they were working on repairing pipes in multiple areas of that neighborhood. Based on the information form the county the CEO, Apollo ****** discussed with the complainant that the equipment would not have been the cause of the leak as it was driven on the driveway in the same area that the complainant personal vehicles which weigh much more than any equipment we used is driven over that area on a regular basis.

After multiple site visits and communicating back and fourth with the complainant it the decision made by the Cheif Operations Officer, and CEO was that the leaking pipe was not caused by our equipment, and that we would not be paying to repair the driveway. The complainant did not agree with this and then began asking for free services on their trees stating we caused damage to the trees. We advised that we did not touch his trees and that the work that was completed was no where near the tree in question. After multiple calls and meetings the complainant said they would be making a claim to the BBB and that they would get lawyers involved. We advised them at that time that if they chose to get lawyers involved the insurance would take over the case from there.
