    Bilt customer service is so bad. It's all through email so you have to repeat the exact same information dozens of time. I can no longer access the rent payment portal & have contacted them daily for 17 days. They have made it impossible to see my rent bill & pay it. I'm so frustrated! They are going to get me evicted because they won't let me into the portal to pay rent.

    You folks are great for helping people like us .... if nothing more come s of my family and those jeeps then at least we had hope until the drawing. There is one thing that matters in this life ??? One single word .     I would dearly love to win the jeep as well. My niece recently totalled my 2005 jeep wrangler. I loved that car! I did receive a t-shirt and it is just as advertised. But I have to admit I did come online to figure out if the promotional give away was a scam before entering again. My fears are eased as no company that is scamming people would keep track of all the merchandise people are buying and emails etc. Fingers crossed for the black 2024 jeep wrangler!!!

Look I am a member I bought plenty of tickets and didn't win because my luck wasn't by my side but think positive maybe one day but built USA has my 100% support love what you guys are doing .??????

    This what I got typed up for the website I found their site while on my Instagram. I decided to check it out and thought I could win a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon and $50,000 CASH. After so many text messages and emails from them, I did the contest putting almost 150 dollars into it, applying for the tickets and a shirt (which I still have yet to receive). The texts did not stop. I opted out of the text and emails but still get them, which I find odd. I do not believe that this is a real contest or that the winners are real customers. What I believe is that this is a scam.

    I also received your email stating that you overspent and because you didn't win you are wanting a refund. (see below) Unfortunately, a refund on a closed promotion would be considered SWEEPSTAKES FRAUD. Please review our Returns Policy and the Terms and Conditions. I have included those links in my response to your email.


    As far as the Text messages and emails, you did NOT opt out at anytime. I reviewed your account completely and see that you did not reply "STOP" or click the "unsubscribe" link to be removed from our marketing lists. I have manually removed your information from our lists.

    Please note, our giveaway is fully bonded and registered. Every prize winner is independently verified by our bonding agency, as well as, the states of Florida, New York and Rhode Island.
