      This business replaced our roof in May of 2020. The roof came with a ***************************** the paperwork. Starting around 2022, our roof was leaking again in various places throughout our home. At first, the owner, ****** *****, was responsive and would come take a look. He consistently has said that he isn't able to find anywhere our roof could be leaking, but would caulk a place here or there. Then last year during heavy rains during the hurricanes, we had several major leaks, causing staining, lots of water dripping down, etc. Again, ****** came out and told us that he had no idea where the water was getting in. Finally he said that it must be coming from our parapet walls. He has become now totally unresponsive; the last leak we reported to him was in February and at first he gave us a runaround, promising to send crews who never came; now he is unresponsive to my texts or emails. Ultimately, I just want a roof that doesn't leak, and as the roof this company installed is not providing that, but is still under warranty, I want them to either figure it out and fix it or reimburse us to have another company do so.

      Put roof on in 2010 with 30 year shingles. A week later we had a problems they came out and assessed and said they would send someone and never did. Now we are having leakage in the same area. They sent someone July 19 to assess and fix the problem. The guy that came and fixed it said that the caps in the area of the leak were never nailed down when the roof was put on.. The charge for that was $250. They initially wanted $500 but I was able to talk them down because of the caps not being nailed down. I called and told the secretary what the repair man said in hopes of not being charged or a lower charge because it was because of their neglect the roof was leaking in that area again... She did not agree and I ended up sending them the payment of $250 reluctantly.. August 4th we noticed leakage in the same spot.. We called August 5th and the secretary did they would call when the could get someone to come out.. As of August 7th we did not hear from them so we called again. The secretary said she would repairmen that did the repairs and would get back to me.. She called later and said she was refunding the payment for the call on the 19th and said she would not send anyone and I had to find another roofing company to do their job.. We had these problems way before the warranty was up on the initial call but they never sent anyone

      We installed a new roof for this customer in 2010 with a 5 year warranty. We have not heard from this customer since 2015. 

      In July of 2024 he called us to come out to quote him for leak repairs. We told him his warranty expired 9 years ago in 2015 but we could come out to give him a repair quote, which he agreed to. We quoted him $500 for the repairs but he asked for a discount on the repairs because we originally did his roof. We agreed to a lower price of $250 for the repairs and the customer signed the contract for repairs.

      Since this customer is not happy with the repairs we performed for him on 7/22/24, we are refunding this customer the $250 that he paid to us for those repairs. We wish him all the best and hope that he can find a roofing company to complete the roof repairs that he is needing. We are not able to help him with these repairs at this time.
