If you receive a letter from them about your SAM registration- IGNORE IT. This renewal is FREE on sam.gov website. this company is a total scam. Do not pay nor fall for the mail or email scams.

Like many others have already noted, I also received a letter stating that I should complete the enclosed form and mail it in along with a $599 payment to have SAM registration for my non-profit renewed. Having done this before, I obviously know that this is FREE. But not everyone does. In bold letters they emphasize that your registration will not be renewed without payment. They do not clearly state that they are a third-party company and do not advertise any services whatsoever. It is not until you get to the very bottom of the letter in small print that they include the disclaimer that this is a solicitation. They know what they are doing. This is FRAUD. Please do not send them anything. BBB please shut these people down and protect the consumers.

Straight up fraud. They sent me a letter trying to claim that I needed to renew a small business Sam number and it would only cost $600. For like someone should file charges against this fraud.

Federal Processing Registry Inc. makes money by providing an unnecessary "service" to people who fall for their time pressure tactics (e.g. RENEW TODAY or else...). Your SAM registration renewal is FREE! Just login to your SAM account and renew. You don't need to pay for it!

Please be on the lookout for this company. They spend a lot of money trying to make their forms look like "official **********" renewal information. ********** is FREE, renewal is FREE. I would give zero stars to these bottom feeders if I could.

Our records indicate that you are not a client of ours.

So we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and clarify our services. Federal Processing Registry (FPR) is a legitimate, bonded, and insured third-party service provider that assists businesses and organizations with the often complex *** registration and renewal process. While we are not affiliated with the *************** or **********, we are transparent about this in our materials and disclaimers.

*********** fee reflects the value-added benefits we provide to our clients, which include:

Expert Guidance: Many of our clients face challenges with *** registration and renewal, including complex updates, compliance issues, and tight deadlines. We ensure all details are accurate and compliant with federal requirements.

Year-Round Support: *********** includes 12 months of assistance, enabling clients to address compliance questions, entity updates, and other concerns without additional costs.

Proven Track Record: We have successfully processed over ****** renewals for satisfied customers, with nearly 700 five-star ****** reviews highlighting our professionalism and commitment to client success. If you take the time to read through some of the reviews you will see exactly what we have helped with.

We understand that ********** offers a free service, and many organizations prefer to handle the renewal process independently.

However, many businesses, choose FPR for the peace of mind, expertise, and time savings we provide.

It is not as simple for some to go through the *** process as it is for others.

Which is where we come in to assist.

We respect your perspective and are committed to continuously improving the clarity and transparency of our communications. If you would like to discuss this further, please dont hesitate to reach out to our team. We value feedback and remain dedicated to providing exceptional service to all our clients.

The materials sent in the mail from "Federal Processing" are very misleading. To renew a *** registration yourself it does not cost any money to the business owner. The materials that were sent in the mail made it seem as if it was the federal government telling me I needed to pay $599 to renew my *** registration. Even the name "Federal Processing" is misleading. Because I was aware of these scams I looked into it. Only in very tiny print on one side of a document did it say "Federal Processing is an independent, licensed and bonded entity. This offer is not from a government entity." Please be aware of how misleading this is.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We value feedback as it allows us to address misunderstandings and improve how we communicate with prospective clients.

First, we want to clarify that Federal Processing Registry is an independent, privately owned company that provides professional assistance with the SAM registration and renewal process. We are not affiliated with the federal government or SAM.gov, and we clearly state this in the disclaimers included in all our materials. While we recognize that this information may not always be immediately noticeable, we are actively working to ensure that our disclaimers are clear and easy to find for everyone.

The $599 fee is not for completing the SAM.gov registration itself, as the federal system is free for individuals who complete the process independently. Our fee is for the professional services we provide, which include:

      Managing the often-complicated renewal process.

Troubleshooting common issues such as entity validation, profile updates, and compliance challenges.

Providing year-round support to ensure clients maintain their eligibility for federal contracts or grants.

We understand that some may initially find our materials similar to government correspondence, which is why we explicitly include disclaimers and additional details regarding our independent services. We take concerns about clarity seriously and are committed to refining our communication to eliminate confusion.

It’s important to note that many organizations have found our services invaluable, especially those who face difficulties navigating the SAM.gov system. This is reflected in the more than 670 five-star Google reviews from satisfied clients who appreciated our support and expertise.

We regret if our materials caused you any concern or confusion. We are continually striving to improve our messaging to ensure it is as transparent and clear as possible. If you have further questions or would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

Thank you again for your feedback—it’s essential to us as we work to serve our clients better.

This company is charging $599.00 to renew your ********** renewal, when it is absolutely free if you just go on the ********** website and do it yourself. They also make their correspondence look as though they are a government entity. (The do provide in very small writing at the bottom of their correspondence a disclaimer). They do not state anywhere on the correspondence that the $599.00 payment is for yearlong services, and for that matter, what services? This should be illegal and shut down immediately.

Thank you for your feedback and for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take all reviews seriously and appreciate the opportunity to clarify our services.

First, we want to emphasize that our company is not affiliated with the U.S. government or SAM.gov, a fact clearly stated in the disclaimers included in our correspondence and materials. We fully understand the importance of transparency and aim to ensure that clients are informed about the nature of our services.

The $599 fee we charge is not for accessing or renewing a SAM.gov registration itself, as the federal system is free for those who complete the process independently. Our fee covers professional assistance to navigate the often-complex renewal process. Many entities encounter challenges during renewal, such as data validation issues, updates to their entity profile, or navigating new SAM.gov system requirements. Our team is here to ensure these obstacles are addressed efficiently, saving time and preventing potential delays in funding or contract eligibility.

We also provide ongoing support throughout the year, assisting with updates, troubleshooting, and questions related to the SAM registration process. This level of support can be invaluable to organizations that may lack the resources or expertise to manage these tasks internally.

We are incredibly proud of the positive impact our services have had on our clients, as reflected in over 670 five-star reviews on Google. These reviews highlight the value many organizations have found in having professional guidance, allowing them to focus on their operations instead of administrative hurdles.

We regret if there was any confusion regarding the scope of our services, and we are always happy to provide additional clarity. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly to our customer service team, as we are committed to addressing any concerns and improving the experience for all clients.

Thank you again for your feedback.

We received an invoice delivered by **** today for $500. As a recent recipient of a **** Research Award, our bookkeeper thought it was legitimate. BUT NO, IT WAS NOT. Very deceptive. *** should not be tricking people into paying for services not provided. This should be illegal.
