      Hello, I am trying to contact the company as there was an accident with my boat and my davits need to be replaced. I am working with an insurance company and they need a letter from this davit company explaining that the davits can not be repaired under warranty, they need to be replaced. I talked to the owner of the company once on the phone and he told me to email them requesting this information via email. It had been 3 weeks now and I have emailed and called and left voicemails several times and they are not responding to my contact attempts. I need this letter to submit to insurance to move forward with a claim and I am waiting for this letter from the davit company. My davits are still under warranty by this company and theyve said that this damage voided the warranty and Ill need new ones. I cant get the insurance company to replace the davits without this letter so Im stuck.
