      I wouldn’t even give them one star! They need to be shut down This happened to us and we’ve called and called but even their manager won’t return calls!!!! Flagler Ram dealer-avoid!!! On September 26,2004 my Ram 3500 dually Laramie diesel display showed alert saying exhaust filter full -low power mode! The dealer in Flagler said bring it in first thing tomorrow, which I did! I told him i also had bought a 7yr 100k warranty when we bought the truck in June, 2020! We had about 62k miles on it at that time. I arrived at 7:30AM, he said they would try to do a regen on it. After several calls i finally got hold of Shaun, he said he could not fix it & would have to order parts at a cost of about $3,600 plus tax and the parts wouldn’t be in till mid November! Then he proceeded to charge me $642 to tell me what i already knew-From my dashboard alert ‘filter full’ I then took it to a diesel mechanic , he said it needed 3 updates and the dealer should’ve done that before anything else. As soon as he did the updates, the regen started and was successful. That was at a cost of another $150 labor and $70 for programming and I was back on the road! I would highly recommend not using this dealer….I’ve called many times trying to reach the manager to let them know what had happened and it’s been over a month and no call has been returned! So now I am doing a review in hopes of helping some other poor soul before they waste their money! I would’ve love to give them a minus zero star instead of one star but it wouldn’t let me

      Flagler dodge in palm coast fl....They sold me car in July 2024 by Oct 2024 my ac stop working I need a hvac box and I have a leak at the evaporator core estimated cost is 3128 dollars... they also sold me a warranty and none of what I need is covered... im trying to figure out why I need a new hvac box only 3 yrs after the vehicle was made when hvac boxes usually last 8 to 15 years who can I sue for this

      I purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk in December of 2020 from Flagler Jeep in **********. In November of 2022, I traded that vehicle in for my current one.On January 2 of 2023, I made an appointment with the financial manager, ****, to sign paperwork to receive my *** refund check. He told me it would take about 10 business days to receive the check to my address.It is now May 4.. 4 months later I still do not have the check I was promised. My issue is when **** told me that ***** is supposed to be issuing the check, I call the number he gave to me, and they have told me repeatedly: the payment method was sent to the part statements in the amount of $606.21. January 3, 2023 was the processing date. And that the **** DEALERSHIP now have the information from Mopar to issue that check. Each person Ive talked to today from Mopar stated that Mopar DOES NOT issue checks to customers, the dealership does. I still have not received the check and I feel like Im being given the run around from **** and the *** ***. I call back to let them know what ***** tells me and I still have no resolution, no answer, no one knows when the check is coming. I need answers now, as someone who is owed money for the *** insurance that I was paying on. Your *** ***, stated he was going to call his Mopar rep to look into this, but he said that that rep will not stop his day just to look into this one case, and said it could take up to 2 weeks to hear anything from him, as he does not not talk to the general public. Per ***. I need answers. And not the ones Ive already found out for myself.I plan on finding legal help if I cannot get a resolution to this. Im frustrated and fed up with no one from the dealership not knowing anything about where my check is. This dealership is very unprofessional and not very helpful.
