      Week 1.. Pool was not serviced but tech said it was Week 2..Tech did my neighbors pool instead of mine

      We have had PB Pool Doc LLC as our maintenance company for 2 years because the prior company, Barefoot Pools, sold the route to this company which included the technician who does a wonderful job. PB Pool Doc never provided a contract so we have always expected the same service from them as from the prior company. We pay for 1 month service in advance and the pool is cleaned every Wednesday. We were advised by Erica Dayton 2 weeks ago that they would no longer be accepting paper checks and if we paid by credit card there would be a service fee. Instead, they want to take the money out of our account. We did send them a check for service for the month of November 2023 (which included a $10.00/month increase) and they cashed the check. Today Erica called to remind us that paper checks would no longer be accepted. I advised that since we had already prepaid for the month of November we would consider our account cancelled as of 11/30/23. She now advises that we only get 4 cleanings per month so service will end on 11/22/23 even though there is nothing in writing stating this fact nor is there anything indicating this schedule on their website.
