    We are currently under property management by Home Property Management II, Inc. We have reached out to them multiple times via email and phone with no response back. We have had urgent requests, and we have been ignored multiple times. During our lease, they have imposed new charges unknowing to us. They also have not provided filters as part of the monthly $49 fee we have to pay. We are currently under a time crunch and need assistance immediately. We have expressed this multiple times in our emails with still zero response.

    The tenants questions per the complaint were answered on August 7th and we have yet to receive a response back.

    Good Afternoon,

    We have to follow the terms that were agreed on in your signed lease renewal. Please discontinue trying to communicate this matter with the homeowner as she hired us to manage this property on her behalf. Kindly let us know which of the two (2) options you would like to move forward with so we can begin the process. If you decide to proceed with the tenant replacement option, the termination fees must be paid first so we can start pre-leasing the rental.




    For the transaction fees, we were informed by Appfolio that all residents were notified on July 10th regarding the changes they've added to the tenant portal e-cheque payment. Per your lease, you have other payment methods that you can choose from. If you like, you have the option to drop off or mail your rental payment made payable to 'Home Property Management' (certified funds only i.e. cashier cheque or money order) to our office located at ************************************************************************************************. Please make sure it arrives before the grace ****** to avoid late fees.

    You also have the option to pay rent to **** stores, Ace-Cash Express, or "participating" Family Dollar Stores. You just need to present your unique barcode so they can have it scanned. Here is the link to all approved payment locations that Appfolio has where they can have the barcode scanned.

    Regarding your A/C filters, we found out that this was not filled out correctly in your lease which caused the delay of the filter delivery. Can you please let us know the sizes so we can set it up?



      

    And lastly, we'll check what the homeowner decide regarding the blinds and appliance. Thank you.
