Paver Savers repaired, stripped, resanded, cleaned, and sealed my patio pavers. They came as scheduled, did an ok job on the pavers, except for a section under an overhang/roof that turned white recently. Clean up was not very good, as they left gunk caked on my bronze window frames, screens & fence that was difficult to remove. They also removed paint from the house walls & left strips of paint and debris in my pool. Most troubling is that they damaged a 25 foot long, 7 ft high hedge as well as several shorter ****** with their chemicals. The main office offered to repaint areas of paint damaged, but when they showed up a month later, simply said they didnt do it & refused to fix it. Naturally, they said they didnt damage the ******, either, though it is so obvious that it was caused by whatever they used. This flippant response caused me to lose my temper & call the worker an *******, after which he left my property. Not my finest moment, but the ****** were perfect before they showed up. I called the main office to apologize for the bad word, but they still did not claim any kind of responsibility. At that point I did not want them on my property ever again. An arborist told me today that all the ****** are dead and dying and will need to be removed. Then I will need to wait for several months before they can be replaced due to whatever is in the soil. To be fair, PS does have in their contract a stripper disclaimer that says they are not responsible for landscaping, epoxy garage floors, pools, & that it may remove certain brands of house paint at the base area. Looking back, that shouldve been a warning, but I was lulled by positive reviews. I expected maybe some dead grass, which I did have quite a bit of, but never expected they would hurt the ******. Ive used several other paver companies that do equally as well on the pavers without such destruction. I am heartbroken that I chose this company & dont want anything similar to happen to anyone else.
