    This is a FRAUD!!! It states its for pssports to only find out this doesnt help with passpprts and i can do this for free.. THIS IS A SCAM AND I WANT A REFUND!!!

    This transaction took place on 6/20/25. This website was very misleading in that it leads you to believe that you are actually "filing" a request for your passport renewal when really all they do is charge you for a pdf of the form after they take all of your personal information. I would like my refund of ***** and I am also leaving a complaint/bad review with BBB so others are not scammed

    In an attempt to file for a passport, this website was the first to pop up. The website said it would take my personal information, review it and then email me the documentation that I could take to an in person office to submit for my passport. I never received the email and when I try to call the number associated with the charge to my debit card, it is a what'**** number. I am concerned that they have all of my personal information.

    After searching online to submit for passport, I find out that this is a fraudulent site that disguises itself as the ACTUAL website to submit your passport request, when in fact, it is a site that prepares a PDF that you could do for free. Fee was $88. Now I am seeing multiple complaints, and yet, this business is still allowed to disguise itself without noticeable prompts that alert you to the fact that you are paying money for nothing, that you are not on the passport site, and that you are being tricked.

    This company agreed to refund me when my travel plans changed, and I no longer required their services. I tried several times to get my money back after checking my Discover Card online reports and saw there was no credit placed back to my card. I tried to call them, and it's all automated, and it kept saying they couldn't validate my email or cell number I used and hung up on me. I don't know what else I can do; please help.

    I am filing this complaint against [Agency/Creditor Name] for wrongfully reporting me to the ************************ for passport denial due to alleged unpaid child support without providing any prior notice or opportunity to resolve the matter. I was not informed that my passport eligibility was at risk, nor was I given a chance to address or dispute the balance before the hold was placed. This lack of communication has caused undue hardship and violates basic due process rights. The ************* has affirmed that the right to travel is a protected liberty interest, and such a significant restriction should not occur without notice or legal recourse. I am requesting the immediate release of the passport block and formal acknowledgment of their failure to follow proper legal and ethical procedures.

    I was charged $85.83 by US Passport Online LLC to fill out free forms from the government for a passport. I input my credit card info and the payment was accepted.

    On 4/16/25, I paid $184.80. I clicked online thinking this was an application for a passport but I found out after applying and paying that this was not a US government site and is a scam. I have been unable to contact them at the phone number they have listed.

    I applied for a passport 2/2025 sent in all required documents including my current passport. Have not received my passport as of today.
