    I want to cancel my account. The company refuses to return my multiple telephone calls and all they do is tell me to "Leave a Message" - For some reason my Username and Password does not work - my requests for access to my account does not work. They appear to be a scam.

    Good Morning, 

    *************************** is not a customer of **********************.  HIs wife *********************** the account holder.  When ******************** first reached out to us we advised him that only the account holder can request cancellation.  Being that his name is not on account number ******* ******************** would need to have ***** reach out to us and request cancellation.  ******************** does not seem to know the terms of 3rd party disclosure or what they mean.  ***** reached out to us on November 11th, 2023 at 8:16am and requested cancellation.  At 9:58am on that same day we purged ******************** account ********* and informed her of the transaction via e-mail (see attached).  Then on November 23rd (Thanksgiving Day) ******************** reaches out to us again requesting cancellation of his wife's account.  Our office was closed however, I took the time out of my my schedule to respond to the inquiry and told him that the account had been canceled 2 weeks prior and that *********************** had already been informed.  I do not know what the communicative boundaries are between ******************** and **************** however, this matter has been closed on our end for over 2 weeks.  The next step will be to block him from contacting us as this is bordering harassment.

    I am rejecting this response because:  ***************** fabricated the emails that were reported as sent to my wife.  My wife checked her inbox and spam folder on the dates reported on their sent emails.  We can assume the account has been closed but will have to wait to see if shipments stop.  I am shocked that this merchant manufacturers fake emails to try to demonstrate cooperative support of a customer.  This is the lowest form of scamming what was a long term customer.  They accuse us of harassment which is a farce.  I accuse them of unethical conduct by their own actions.   We all know that an email has tracking details which the two representing an interaction did not.  BBB should keep these frauds on their records.

    The product tastes like poison, I contacted them to return it, they continue to tell me I must return all including the empty packets which I do not have, "as per their customer agreement", which does not exist, the links provided lead you back to the homepage - *********************************************************.

    I am a long time customer of this business. I have funds automatically deducted each month when an order ships. This month ,April,, fitteam global withdrew funds from my account and shipped product on April 7, 2023. I have attempted to contact fitteam global about this situation of not receiving my order this month. I was told if I did not receive it by Apri 21 to contact them. Normal time frame to receive product is 7 to 10 days. I have tried to contact fitteam global regarding my April product not received and get no response about a replacement order expedited or refunding my April payment they took from my checking account .

    There seems to be some confusion. 

    FITTEAM Global **************** sent ************** a replacement for her missing product on April 26th, 2023 and said parcel was delivered on May 2nd, 2023.

    Attached are screenshots showing that we replaced 2 bags of FITTEAM Fit for ************** and they were delivered to her address on record. 

    The business looks at this issue as being resolved.
