    I purchased Corvee for two consecutive years. The first year I didn't use the software it was just to overwhelming. The second year me and my staff decided to tackle the beast. After spending a total of $28,800 with corvee it seems that the company is more interested in making money from its users than spending time helping the users learn to navigate through the program.They offered a user class in January of 2023, but you guessed it for another $3500.00. I was told my renewal date would be March of ********************************************* March as an add on. I called several times in late 2022 to confirm but the only response I received was Corvee continually trying to debit my card for another $12000. I'm not saying they are a bad company, however I am saying that I get the impression that money is their bottom line and the h*** with the end user once they receive your money.

    Regarding the miscommunication regarding your renewal date and billing issues, we apologize for any confusion caused by the amendment to your contract. We did put forth a cancelation process as soon as we realized you did not intend to renew. We take your feedback seriously and will ensure that we communicate any changes to our users in a clear and transparent manner.
