I am rejecting this response because: The unit has leaked from day one. Still leaks to this day! They have been here several times for the leaking problem again from day one and it still leaks today. They sold me a bad unit replace it or refund . They replaced the coil the entire coil on that service call. Still leaks!

    Sincerely,

    ***** ********

    March 1st 2021 a new a/c system was installed.

March 12th 2024 we found a defective evaporator coil that was leaking refrigerant. The coil was coved under manufacturers warranty but unfortunately there is no labor warranty. As the installing company we do have a 1 year labor warranty on new systems we have installed. The labor cost was approved by Mr. ******** before the new coil was installed. After the job was completed Mr. ******** told us he would not be paying the bill.

We have not made any attempts to collect on the past due bill.

The system was installed 4 years ago and still has manufacturers part warranty. Our labor warranty on new systems is 1 year. The evaporator was replaced 1 year ago and the customer refused to pay the labor bill that he agreed to.  Any licensed HVAC contractor can repair and obtain warranty parts for this system.
