Business ProfileforL.A. Tan

This location is run by a corporation that does not care about lack of responsibility in being on time to get the store opened. This has happened many times and I end up wasting my time, my gas, and lotion products as I refuse to sit there for more than an hour. Another problem they have is that their computer system is old junk. This morning, the computers were down again, and corporate knows of the problems. They also have broken beds with fans that don't work. Corporate is aware of all these issues, and they continue to charge for services, that im not getting. I've emailed multiple times to LA Tan corporate and they've never responded. I emailed and called (left a VM), and they have not responded. This was customer service that I wrote and called, and they aren't professional enough to address me or the problems with they're stores. Bottom line is that they're stealing from their customers and I've asked for compensation for all the days I wasted, to have to turn around and come home, because of they're issues. So LA Tan, try growing you a pair!!!!
