    I contacted the business from a flyer left in my driveway to provide power washing for the sidewalk and front street side. I paid $150.00 ********* washing service was completed on 31 October 2023. I reached out to the company on 6 November 2023 by leaving a phone message and also a text message. In the message, I informed the company that following their power washing service on the street side of my property, it appeared that overspray from the power washer came in contact with the bare grass and burned/damaged the entire length of the front edges of the lawn. Some of the overspray also damaged the neighbor's front lawn. The lawn service company and my neighbor made me aware of the damage. The *** was notified shortly thereafter.Also in the message, we inquired about what chemicals were used on the lawn. It has been a week and I have not received a response from them. We then sent an email message on 13 November 2023, but the message was promptly returned with a message that the email address did not exist.I then went to their business website and filled out an inquiry form on 13 November 2023 with the same details outlined in the email message and received no response. Moving forward, the burnt/damaged areas will have to be removed, tilled with new topsoil, then replaced with new sod at my expense. We advised the company that we have been advised to make every possible effort to amicably resolve this matter with them. Therefore, we asked for a prompt response in this matter regarding the repair of the damage to the lawns.We are requesting a refund and the cost to repair the damaged lawns.The company has not responded.
