On Saturday, March 16, 2024 our air conditioner was not working and called Next Generation Air and Heat, our provider which we have had for over 10 years. They came immediately as usual, checked and found it could not be fixed. We decided to go with a new one with Next Generation, went over all our options with a name named ****, chose those we wanted and signed a contract for a new system to be put in on Tuesday, 19th. As part of this contract we stipulated that we needed the name to be under our new trust, "Ventrillo Family Revocable Living Trust" instead of *************************** as the contract was written. We also stipulated that we would need a release of lien at payment time. Neither of these happened nor are they fixed now, 28 April 2024. When finished we were presented with the bill and paid in full, I asked for the lien and were told that the office (*******) would email that. I have spoken with ******* a number of times by phone and an email on 24 April 2024 with no response to getting the lien release. This was the last of our savings and would not be able to pay again if a lien was placed on our home for non-payment of Next Generation to their suppliers or workers. To sum this up we want: 1. 10 year warranty to have the correct name on Next Generation's forms, the service providers forms, and ********* forms. 2. The release of lien for anyone involved.

There was never a lien attached to this property from our job, However, per customers request, We did send Lien release via email. Once the warranty company returns the warranty. Correction, we will get that to the homeowner as soon as possible.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I wish to add that the person who was responsible to send these documents to us had been out of the office with an illness for almost the whole month and that is why the documents were not sent at the time of service.  We have been with this company for over 10 years and have always been satisfied with them with regards to response time, technicians, and know when they recommend something that needs to be done that it does, etc.  They have also been very good when we have our yearly service call of letting us know of potential parts that *** be needed with the next year or two.  We will continue to be a customer.

    Sincerely,

    **** And ***********************************

My AC is under warranty by the installer. It stopped working. I was informed my repair would be at least 12 hours later in the Florida heat.
