I came in October 22nd 2025 and purchased an overnight delivery for an envelope which was $55.89. There were two options ups and usps. The ups was sixty dollars and some change, and the usps was fifty five dollars and some change since there wasn't a difference told to me by the employee Justin, I went with the cheaper one and saved five dollars. I went to request a refund on the 25th and the employee at the UPS store told me, they don't guarantee u s p s, so my package didn't arrive until three days later, and the owner, Angie will not refund me. When I purchased the service, I asked what's the difference and I asked if I need to buy insurance to cover my envelope and everything the employee never told me that there was no guarantee for overnight delivery. The whole purpose of purchasing and spending fifty five dollars for overnight is to get overnight, not three days. If the employee had just told me that they can only guarantee their packages for UPS and it was sixty dollars. I would have gladly paid the extra five dollars to have my envelope delivered in 24 hours like I thought I was paying for.
THIS is completely unacceptable And wrong. I called usps and they said that the third party (ups) should be the one to give me a refund, Not the post office because I purchased through a third party. If I had purchased through the post office I could have gotten a refund. The owner at UPS store also tried to say that the post office doesn't guarantee their overnights, either Which is not the case because I called and asked them specifically. Just like any other service, her employees should tell people. There's not a guarantee, so they'll buy the one that has the guarantee. Otherwise Angie ******, owner of the UPS store in Pace FL, should refund the money. It's that simple.
