    On May 30th I signed a contract with this company to remove a tree from my property after being quoted $3000 for the job and ***** grinding. The service was later scheduled for June 11th. I received a call on June 9th saying that the crew was in the area and could do the job that day instead. The job was not done and I never received a call saying that it would not be done. On June 10th I called to inquire about the job and spoke with someone who claimed to be the Operations Manager, *****. I was informed that they are not doing the tree for that amount and then became very aggressive with me over the phone. He implied that he knew where I live and that they all live in the area. This is very concerning and comes off as a threat. He repeatedly told me that a "boy" had quoted me and that he did not quote me, despite having a signed agreement with the company. He then implied that I had personal issues that I need to work out and called me a "jerk". I did nothing but inquire about when the service would be performed. It is unacceptable that I was met with threats and name-calling on top of him shaming his employee, the "boy".

    We have received written communication from the vendor that our complain was valid and that they are correction their records to remove the duplicate billing.  We were also notified to allow ************************************* our credit report. Thank you BBB for your help!
