      I went into an appointment at ***************************** where they used a free teeth whitening and ***************************************************** they discussed financing options and she stated they do financing for the services if Im approved . I said I know Ill be approved and she then showed me the in house site that would tell me my monthly payments , after being extremely pushy and trying to put braces on me same day I said no as the pricing did not seem accurate. I never authorized a line of credit to be opened in my name etc and later it was determined after receiving an Experian notification as well as a card in the mail stating that I had a new account and credit limit ultimately this is not appropriate behavior for an office

      Vittoria came into the ************* on Nov 5th for an free exam after scheduling from a outside event where she showed interest in coming in to our office. She was price quoted $5197 for the Fast Self Ligating Braces and $600 for Upper and Lower fixed retainers for after treatment. Estimated insurance coverage of $2000 was to be used bringing the balance to $3,797 with an additional $500 off from the event making the contract $3,297 after discounts and insurance coverage. Our office does offer same day braces at the exam to make it more convenient for our patients but they can always schedule a time to come back if they don't have time the same day. As far as the financing the patient was made aware of the approval process for ******** as she had to provide her information into the application for it to be processed and verified. She was approved immediately after the application in office for a $8,100 credit line to be used to pay for her portion of treatment to allow her to have a more affordable payment plan. She never started treatment at our practice, she never signed a contract with our practice and she was never charged any amount of money. We will be contacting Alpheon the lender who provided the credit line to Vittoria and ask them to cancel the line of credit since it was never used nor was a payment ever processed and ask that they remove it from her credit report as to not have any long lasting effects.

      What they repied was lied. The only thing they do is replaced the rubber bands. Nothing else was done. They let time golden period passed and now my daughter needs to have bottom jaw surgery. 

      Please call our new Orthodontist *************************** to asked her what she have told me. ************.

      It's not true about the responded. On the last appointment the only thing they do is replaced the rubber band, nothing else was done. Dr. **** just keep buying time and I have to paid monthly for tiny rubber bands. Now we have moved to new town which 4 hours away and my schedule are tight and not much time to wasted for rubber bands. Dr. **** keep saying next time and every time is next time. I want to requested all my money to be refund to paying for the surgery. If you need to talk to my new Orthodontist you can call them at ********** Orthodontist ************, ***************************.

      Attention Complaint Department;

      In response to the complaint concerning the treatment for ***********************, we have reviewed this case and the following is our response to concerning issues filled. Per our records ************ did a New Patient Exam 01/11/22023, the same day patient started treatment, staff prepped patient for bonding ************ bonded upper braces. During the course of the treatment ************ was working on aligning the upper arch then proceeding to close the space on the upper arch with plans of bonding lower braces once space on upper arch had closed. Patient had moved to a new town before ************ had stated she was ready for lower braces. The office received a call in February from the father, upset stating he had seen Orthodontist in the area he moved to, and they said patient now needs jaw surgery because she had her period. Father was informed of **************** treatment plan, and the father was asked to come in to the office to do a progress review with ************, so that dad could explain to ************ what the orthodontist had told him in new town about needing surgery, dad refused appointment to see ************ and to explain new orthodontist treatment plan. Dad asked for a refund, and it was explained to him that it would be refund policy per contract signed, dad mentioned a lawyer so we told dad that we have lawyers and if he wants to go through lawyer we could proceed legally, dad stated he would get back to us, and then disconnected call, and we have not heard from **************** until this complaint.
