    I am posting this review to let all customers know to beware of this company. They sell fake mattresses and use reputed brand names to market their fake mattresses. I purchased a Saatva Classic from an associate named ******. I used the mattress for a couple weeks and noticed it felt very odd and uncomfortable. I then went to a store and tried the authentic Saatva Classic and it felt completely different from the one he sold. I had someone from Saatva do an inspection on my mattress today and they confirmed that the mattress we bought isn't authentic. I contacted ****** to let him know that what he sold us was fake. He then apologized and said he would do an exchange for us for another mattress because he can't process any refunds, only exchanges. It was weird to me that he couldn't refund me even after I found out what he sold was fake. He then asked me to drive 45 minutes to his storage to check out mattresses that I can exchange for at no cost difference. I am 9 months pregnant and went to his store with my kid and when we got there , we tried other mattresses, we felt like we had no other choice but to select another mattress. So when we selected another mattress, he then asked us to pay $300 more. He never mentioned once before we drove there that he'd charge us more. He only said come try the mattress and we'll deliver it the same day. I left crying because I faced such a complicated drive during the last 2 weeks of my pregnancy to fix this issue but he was a total scam and a very greedy person. I have sent his company's information to business bureau now to help me get this issue resolved. I don't want any other customer to face this issue like I did therefore posted a review for a full warning. A mattress is something you sleep on for years and decades. Everyone should get the product they pay. Nobody should ever receive fake products. Its just so wrong!!!
